This really is the worse place in Evansville to go bowling… at least if your going to go on a Saturday(but when else can you avoid the leagues?) We had to wait two hours for a lane(this wait time is common) So we figure we would have a drink and get some food… Yea… $ 5 for a single beer is ridiculous! Mixed drinks are right around $ 8. They try to play up the food like it is some kind of restaurant, but its not, just your standard fair with incredibly inflated prices. I’m not going to pay $ 8 for nachos. Almost $ 4 for a regular sized corn dog that you have to wait 10 minutes for! Once we finally got our lanes, they kept breaking down every few minutes wasting our time and they use WAYWAYWAYWAYWAY too much oil on their lanes. Aside from that, all the disco lights and strobe lights gave most of us headaches and distract you from actually trying to bowl. They actually made me really dizzy and sick to my stomach! The other bowling allies in town cost half the price for food and drinks, the lanes actually work, not over oiled, and you don’t have to mess with the billions of disco and strobe lights. If you want to bowl in Evansville go to Diamond Lanes or RiverCity MUCHMUCH better experience and much cheaper too… even on a Saturday night! OH and one more thing, the mens restroom smelled so bad it would make you vomit. I decided to just hold it in until we left because I could not bear the smell.
