Great, friendly contractors got my sidewalks, patio and apron done by the company.

I hired these guys to re-​do the concrete in my yard and I’m happy to say they did a fantabulous job. The timing was perfect as it was suppose to rain in the expected time job would be finish, they all came together and work their butts off to get the job done and dry before the rain came. I couldn’t be more please. Thank you huys so much…

They left a postcard on my door, I called, scheduled an appointment, no show, no call. Why waste the money on the postcards and time dropping them door to door if you don’t need the business. Don’t waste your time with this company!

Horrible, Horrible Company! The worst cement contractor, the worst contractor to ever do work on my Home! I believe this Company does not know what they are doing, when it comes to cement work. One of the owners, Estaban is a liar and will not stand behind the work or the service they provide! I have tried to contact them many times to see if the problem can be resolved and of course he or the company will not respond!
* I have never written a scathing review of a Company, but this firm fits the bill!
I hired the company to do cement work for my new wrought iron porch, (they had dropped literature at my home, saying they are doing work in the neighborhood), I thought I would use them as they seemed fair and reasonable and assured me they warranted the work they do. This was 18 months ago.
The issues are many. They used the wrong slump of cement. The company did not use fresh cement from a quality concrete company, but instead brought the cement from a previous job site in the back of their truck. I questioned this, but they assured me this would be okay. The steps have deteriorated, they flake, crack and pitting is on all steps, along with major chunks that are loose and come out of the cement.
I am now faced with the daunting task of ripping out and deconstructing the Shoddy Work that has been done from this company!
I can not give them any stars, as the work, is of such poor quality it would be unfair to other Unilocalers or people who use reviews to make an informed decision. I say this, as the new construction season is about to ramp up. Don’t use this company!

Hired them to re-​do my garage concrete floor and exterior apron. They charged a reasonable price and checked in with me regularly when they could do the work earlier than scheduled. I was satisfied with the concrete work they did within the garage, it looked pretty solid and well laid out. However, there were a few noticeable issues after the work was completed. After the concrete dried off (3 days later), the garage door did not close down completely due to the concrete slab being a bit higher than it was before, something I wish they would have pointed out as a potential end result but not a huge deal as most of the garage still closes aside from a small gap between 2 panels. The other issue was a cosmetic problem where the the concrete apron was not aligned properly in a straight line. Esteban later pointed out that they couldn’t do a straight line as the existing alley concrete/​road was 4 inches thick and they could not cut a straight line all the way across.
