Been going here for a few years. Hard to make appts, their hours are very limited. I made appts. 2 months in advance, they cancelled. Twice. Office staff doesn’t care about customer service. They goofed up my latest appt. There’s nowhere to park. Dental work is so-so; cleanings are not great. We’ve switched to another dentist.

The dentist is very nice and he actually cared about my teeth and he lets me control what I want to do. Best part, they take County Care which s like Medicaid.

We stumbled across Dr. Karkazis when we had Public Aid for insurance(Medicaid) and needed dental work done. If you’re on Public Aid and need a dentist, Dr, K is one worth considering. His prices are reasonable if you don’t have insurance. And he’s the best dentist I’ve ever gone to for pulling teeth… It’s almost painless. So, you’re probably asking, why only 3 stars… Well, the quality of the work he did was only so-so. I got partial dentures from him(which were not covered by Public Aid) and my husband got full dentures(which were covered by Public Aid). Neither of us can wear the dentures and we both went back several times for fittings. In both our cases, Dr. K made the dentures worse. Overall, the work is okay but not great. The prices are great and Dr. K is very nice. I now have another dentist but am considering returning to Dr. K to have any extractions done by him.
