I had my first appointment with Dr. Harvan at 12:30 pm. At 1:30 I was so frustrated that I was still in the waiting room. I had not been seen by either Dr. Harvan or her nurse. I had to reschedule my appointment. I was told then that this will happen the next time I come in if I continue seeing Dr. Harvan. I now see Dr. David.
The reason why I did not give this office a 1 star is because of the front desk staff. They we polite, and was able to change my appointment without problem or fuss. Also, Dr. David was understanding to my situation.
