I can’t explain how great Andrea was as my realtor for selling my condo. I listed my unit with another group (including an attorney and negotiator who controlled the deal), and they severely bungled everything, losing my buyer as a result. They then came back to me telling me that they couldn’t do any more to sell my unit. They had never seen the sequence of events that led to my unit not getting approved for sale.
Enter Andrea.
