Administration making millions. Healthcare providers, not getting health insurance and can’t afford it either. The absolute truth: this place is all about money and upper management doesn’t care about a single thing in regards to this place of business except for what’s going into their pockets. I’ve worked here for a year and a half, pay union dues, and extra for health insurance, yet I haven’t received it for over 6 months. Management has done nothing after several attempts. The final result, because they failed to pay 24.00 several months ago. My insurance was cancelled but yet I’m still paying. I am currently obtaining legal representation. I care about these residents and can say firsthand, they get the same «I don’t care» attention from management.
