Stopped in and was quoted a price for window tint and clear bra by the girl at the entrance, showed me a picture of what the bra would cover, we agreed on a price and made an appointment. The day we were dropping the car off she contacted us and changed the price to almost double the amount quoted. I had already purchased a Unilocal coupon for this place so I was already out $ 100, so I had the windows tinted only. Lousy way of doing business, very unprofessional! Not a good way to treat a repeat customer… won’t happen again! So now you’re calling me a liar, I had a 2012VW Passat done by you last year. Never offered a refund either.

I came in here to get my car tinted. The receptionist was friendly, but the selection was very limited and did not offer me what I was looking for. She was also not knowledgable on the products. She told us to take the film outside and see how we liked it, but without a professional it does not educate the customer. What kind of customer service is that? I wanted the Chrystalline tint and she indicated that Tint Masters only carried two percentages. How can an auto business only offer two choices — 40% and 70%?? It was no better for regular tint either. They quoted me $ 550.00 for 40% Crystalline tint for my car and I have a MINI. Just way overpriced and got a better deal somewhere else for over $ 100.00 less. The other company I chose put Chrystalline on my entire car, to include my windshield in the percentage that I actually wanted. I also get a lifetime guarantee directly from Chrystalline, as well as the auto tinting business I went to. The Tint Masters’ receptionist never mentioned that Tint Masters provides a guarantee for their products. I can’t comment on the quality of their work because they did not have examples for us to see, or previous work they had done. Also, it looks like the staff are writing reviews for their own business and bumped up their ratings. I should have seen this before hand when I originally looked up their phone number. As an avid Unilocaler, this is not good business and distorts the objectivity of their reviews. I would not recommend this business.

Great Job and Great Customer Service. Had my 2012 Tacoma done there in August, and it was perfect, and Jay even took the time to explain some of the process to me. Just go or call there and ask to talk to Jay!
