Amazingly we needed a last minute high school sports physical for my son and we were in and out within 35 minutes max! The receptionist was friendly and professional and my son was in the back no more than 7 or 8 minutes. And it only cost $ 28!!!

This facility is fairly new — built within the last year. My family has used at least five times. We often get referred there if our Primary Care Physician is unavailable. It’s pretty much an in & out facility. If you have a temporary ailment, this would be the place to go. The Med-staff isn’t «unfriendly», it just seems as if they would rather be golfing.

The doctor is rude. He did not introduce himself, say hello, and made us feel like we were stupid. I am extremely disappointed in our experience here. He wouldn’t even tell us when the infection my child had would stop being contagious. My child goes to daycare so I needed to know; his response was something like«he could go today, but he would get other kids sick.» That’s so helpful! Wow, I’m really glad you went to medical school to pass along such helpful information as «it’s contagious but I can’t tell you when it won’t be.» Edited to add: I realized when I got home that the doctor did not tell us how to use my child’s medicine, how long to use it, anything. On the way out, I was standing alone in a room until a nurse told me «oh, you are done. You can leave.» The doctor was so abrupt I didn’t even notice the appointment was over.

I showed up needing medical care 45 minutes before they close and was abruptly turned away. I pointed out that they didn’t close until 7, and the receptionist simply said«Well we were busy today so we just took our last patient.» The lobby and parking lot were empty save for one patient who was just sitting down with his clipboard as I was walking in. The receptionist didn’t even offer any ideas of other places I could go. I think it’s insanely unprofessional to turn people away FOURTYFIVE minutes before you close and not even offer any references or advice. If you want to stop accepting patients after 6 so you can be done by 7, then you should close at 6, not 7. It isn’t brain surgery!
