Such a great place! The two gals were very friendly and knowledgable. The store is well put together and so welcoming. We came in for a for a fitting and were delighted by the hospitality, they truly do care about your experience there.

If you HAVE to go through them, ask to work with Dawn and NOT the owner. We went in at first to start our wedding file and worked with the owner and he seemed nice and knowledgeable. We got married out of town but 4 days before we left for our trip and 8 days before our wedding, we get a call saying our tuxes were ordered wrong! Thanks to Dawn, we figured out a way to still have great tuxes despite not being what we wanted and even having one of my guy’s tux not getting ordered. The day before we have to leave, we finally have the tuxes. Day of the wedding, EVERYTHING IS WRONG! One of my thinnest groomsmen was given a 3XL tux shirt. Guys are swapping shoes, shirts, everything! Thankfully, things magically came together. I went to return my tux and tell Dawn what happened other than the wrong colors but I had the displeasure of talking to the owner. Mind you, I had all my guys go into the shop, well before the deadline, to get fitted for tux and shoes. But the owner blamed me and my guys on why everything went wrong! I cannot believe how rude he was. He had no idea that anything was even wrong in the first place with my order!

I love this place! It is family owned and operated. They are very friendly, and even though the older gentlemen gets a little side-​tracked with your order, his younger family always steps in to take care of things. They are VERY reasonably priced and eager to assist you. They will work around your schedule and have a large selection in men’s formal wear. I have already gone back twice.
