I waited the quoted 6 – 8 weeks for delivery of a French Door that I ordered and paid for about 2 months ago. I called a few days ago to find out where my purchase might be and was told there was a mix up in the ordering… i.e. it was never ordered. Disappointed beyond belief but even more disappointed because there was no apology or even an effort to see if they could get it here because of their negligence. I was offered a refund of which I promptly took and will take my business elsewhere. I just looked up Milgard Window sales and Schmidbauer has the lowest ratings of any Milgard dealer. I should’ve checked that first but I was trying to buy local. This is just another reason why this local business needs the big box competition.
