Their accuracy on orders has gotten much better recently. We now come here more often.

Probably not my favorite Bread Co location but they sure do pull them in on a Sunday around lunchtime. I’ve been in a few times and believe their teenage staff could probably use a bit more training. Food is typical of any other location in the area. Generally clean although I have noticed that when their staff walks around the place they don’t seem to pick up plates like I often see in other locations.

Just ordered a turkey bacon bravo in the drive through. Got home and no bacon. I paid almost $ 9.00 for a sandwich with almost two inches of bread, four thin slices of tomato, lots of lettuce and two thin slices of turkey. St. Louis bread co is no longer a good value for the money. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is one of the dirtiest places I have ever eatin… We where the only ones in here. There was food on the chairs and floor. Tables where dirty. Nasty hand prints and arm prints on all the windows! Teens are back there flirting and not cleaning anything. Food was ok… But all of these are pretty much the same. Only reason it got 2 stars was for the food … Cause it would be 0 stars for cleaning

In Chicago you cannot get near most places serving breakfast anything between the hours of 8 – 2 on the weekend. Well, you can, but you will wait and wait, and wait. We all descend on eateries with families and friends for FOOD! We pulled up at St Lois Bread Company at about 9:15, 2 cars in the drive through(the hell?), my SIL ran inside to grab our orders. It took around 6 minutes(WTF?) I sat in stunned silence. It then hit me. The large masses of people were most likely in the buildings marked with the large torture devices. We were solidly in the BIBLEBELT. The bagel was good. The kids demolished theirs in about 2 minutes flat. As adults, we chewed and enjoyed. Consistent chain quality, no wait.

This is perhaps the most horrible restaurant in the world. I have been there on multiple occasions and each time was an awful mistake. This time I was served raw chicken that I didn’t even order. My dish was remade, but we were treated poorly. In the past we have been instructed to microwave our food ourselves after complaining that it was cold. The ordering system is archaic and miserable. The staff are unfriendly, incompetent, slow, and mean. The price is ridiculous when you consider you have to stand up and wait for your food to be made and then have to clear your own dishes after the meal. I could go into more details… but this place is so bad it’s not worth anyone’s time to read it. Save yourself, your wallet and your time, do not eat at this terrible restaurant.

I was heading to the St Louis Vintage Market Days and I need a cup of joe. This place was very busy. I got in line and I got the slowest server in the place. When I got my cup for my coffee. All of the half and half and skim milk was empty. They were busy so I am not upset, but they could speed up the ordering process a bit.

I have to agree with the other Unilocalers who complain about the drive thru being extremely slow and usually inaccurate, but otherwise I really like this location for a casual meal. We come here a lot… and by a lot I mean they know us by our name when we use the panera card, but that’s alright because they know exactly how we like to order our food. When we first started to come here we were pretty disappointed because something from our order would always be wrong, but after speaking to their very nice Manager after another trip home minus part of our order, they have gotten much better. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. When we walked here on a snow day, they were nice enough to give us free coffees to go since they just closed. How nice! We returned the favor by removing the snow from their cars which I’m sure helped their rough morning drive in. All around this is a nice location that is always busy. I prefer to order in rather than wait in the drive thru.

We were there just a short time ago, Tuesday night, somewhat busy. The sign says they are open until 10, but they told us they were closed at 9:01 pm. They had already put away all the pastry, so I couldn’t buy anything to take to work tomorrow. Six different groups besides us left as others were driving up and knocking at the door. I think they really do NOT want this place to succeed.

The sandwiches here are decent, so long as you don’t order any of the hot ones because they always seem like they’ve been sitting around for a day or two when I get them.

I like this busy little corner. Great morning crowd on Saturdays and Sundays. I really like the Four-Cheese soufflé, I get that usually every visit. I also find that the organic milk they serve tastes incredibly good.

Good ice tea has free wifi in here is why I come. A bit over priced for what you get but overall good tasting food
