Wife went in for a sore throat and hey coded her visit as an ER visit, not an urgent care visit (even listed the facility on the summary as the Washington MO Hospital), so we were on the hook for a bigger copay. Had to call our insurance to get it fixed, they said «they have lots of problems with that place» because they do it all the time. We won’t be back.
