Was notified before showing up for the appointment. Plumber Seth was very curtious, worked diligently to get job done. Was able to hook up the gas to the driers and got them firing again. Thank you Maple Service.

I just had a young professional plumber come out to look at a potential leak problem with my toilet, and asked for recommendations. He checked out my toilet, and told me that my floor is soft, and outlined when I needed to have done. I was charged exactly Zero dollars for this service. Since you guys put this in when the home was build (JLF home), I called you first. Glad that I did. Thank you, and when I need something done that you will actually charge me for, you got the job.

Just moved into town about a few weeks ago. I was very leery about finding a new plumber in this area, because my local plumber back from where I used to live was absolutely fantastic. I gave Maples a ring, and the guy on the phone (I think his name was Steven) was absolutely and completely helpful and extremely kind. He seemed like he genuinely cared about what I had to say, which is a welcome change from the other places I called around here before I reached Maples. I have no plumbing problems as of yet, but wanted to make sure I established a connection before something happened. Steven was more than happy to talk to me about their free estimates and making sure I understood everything. I cannot get over how extremely kind and professional Steven was, and just wanted to write this review and say as soon as my plumbing issues start, Maples has a new customer in me.

Great service from start to finish. All work done, evaluation, bid and installation within one week. Tiny glitch with a leak that was fixed within 24 hours. Will go back for next need.

I called Maples Service this morning and wasn’t received very well. The man (?), i think who answered the phone did not even greet. He just answered the phone demanding that you hold. On hold for quite a while. Called back and before he would listened to my questions, he started barreling me with questions about my personal information.
I stopped him and told him I had questions I would like for him to answer first.
I first needed to know if they could help me and if they service my area. Turns out they do not service Garberville at all.
I was referred to them by Watson Well and I suggested that he tell them they do not service our area and he laughed at me and said he will.
That was the experience of Maples Service in 5 minutes in a nutshell.

They made a call out to my mom’s house to help fix her drain plug in the tub/shower. This was the most stellar service call because they were no nonsense and honest about what she really needed to fix it.
Plumbers can charge up to $ 80+ for making a call out to your home, but this valuable advice saved her money. She ended up paying $.11 for the right part!
Thanks for being caring! A great way to do business is doing the right thing. Maples, you are her hero! Keep up the great work.

Yes, I am a fan because:
The phone number on their website works (got no answer at either phone number listed for West Coast Plumbing).
They have a website – an informative one, too! You can schedule appointments thru the web or on the phone – which, like I said, they actually answer.
The receptionist scheduled me for Monday (I called Friday afternoon). She called me Monday to ask if the plumber, who was running ahead of schedule, could come by early.
Our leak turned out to be not a leak at all, and after the plumber fixed the problem, he chatted with my husband for a bit then left. No charge for the visit.
I am not going to bother with other area plumbers again! Wayne Maples plumbing is it.
