Lullaby Lounge Tattoo & Gallery

I went in for the first time on Saturday to get a wrist tattoo (which was very special to me). I based my choice to come here off of Unilocal reviews so it’s only appropriate I write one now too. This shop is amazing. Dre and his apprentice Jeremy are super sweet and professional. The shop is set up more like a gallery, it is super clean, and they go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. By the time my tattoo was done it felt like hanging out with friends. Dre drew the design directly onto my wrist and it was amazing from the get-​go. It took about 3 hours and he made sure I was comfortable the whole time. It’s a very relaxed setting, they even play a movie for you while you are laying there (on a comfy massage-​style table I might add). I wanted a watercolor tattoo and it turned out gorgeous. I was there for about 3 and a half hours all together and they charged me what I thought was a very decent price for my tattoo. They were especially good about answering my questions and recommending aftercare treatments. I’d recommend this place to anyone, and in fact, I’m already plotting to bring my husband in =) Thank you Dre!

Damn! Where do I start? I guess I will start by saying that it’s such a cool experience to find a shop and a real artist when you are thinking about getting some ink pounded into your skin. I can’t explain how many tattoo shops I’ve been to that are just cold and uninviting, with the same generic crap In the same generic «portfolios». How many times do I gotta see a bleeding heart with thorns around it? All the other work I’ve had done was always a very impersonal experience.
That’s not the experience I had this time at the lullaby lounge. I finally found the tattoo experience that I’ve been searching for.
Dre, who owns and operates this place is really good people. He was extremely friendly and welcoming the first day I came to his shop on impulse. He was honest about what might be the outcome of getting tiny script on my finger. I wanted my girls nickname on my ring finger, and I was trying to do it right then, but instead we made an appointment for the next week, which was most definitely a blessing because I had time to really think something out that I would like better in the long run, which went across my entire forearm instead… haha!
When you walk into the «shop» it feels more like you are walking into his own home or studio. The place is warm and inviting and he’s got some good tunes bumpin to boot. It’s extremely clean and private. It’s a very comfortable and easy going environment, which, in my humble opinion, should be the case when you are placing art on your skin.
When looking online you will only find some of his art. You have to go in and see this mans portfolio. It’s real, it’s unique, it’s genuine, and imaginative. It’s fucking art. This dude is FAR from a one dimensional artist. I’m pretty sure he could hook you up with whatever your mind can conjour up and succeed in exceeding your expectations.
I can’t wait until I have a little freed up cash in my pocket so I can go and work on these sleeves. A little bare right now.

Roger S. I don’t see why you feel the need to come on here and make things up. I never tattooed a horse or sea horse while I worked at Lullaby, and obviously I never tattooed you. Besides that, there isn’t any flash in the shop at all, all the tattoos I do are custom, and I never do portraits, so you have no reference or facts to back up any of the things you are making up. If you have a problem with me, feel free to get a hold of me and we can deal with it like adults. Otherwise please stop spreading rumors like an immature teenager.

service was okay got a tattoo by Matt but totally diddnt look like what i requested and even what he stenciled looked more like a sea horse than regular horse lol, they do okay at flash but portraits are bad :(. good for little stuff tho

mat henderson is a damn good artist
