They guy working here was super rude. When I asked if they had Converse Dainty shoes (the line just for women) he told me there was no such thing. When I told him that I had ordered them previously, he stated that I was wrong. It’s a bit odd someone who works at a shoe store wouldn’t know about these shoes, much less would try to argue. When he brought me my shoes, they were too big. I asked him to bring me the size lower then he began to argue with me about whether or not I needed a smaller size. After he had finally brought them, I talked up to the cash register hoping the lady standing there would help me. He followed us and insisted on ringing me up. He began to stare and take a really long time at the cash register. This whole situation made me really uncomfortable. I wasn’t going to write a review but days later the encounter is still bothering me. I really wouldn’t recommend this store, the customer service is by far the worst I’ve experienced.
