These are the best people you will ever meet! you could not ask for better coaches and a better community than what you will get at Humboldt Crossfit. Your life will be changed for the better by going here! There is not a single gym that compares to HCF! WIll Zerlang is as legit as it gets when it comes to being both a trainer and an athlete. Tim Welsh never fails to make you smile and feel at home. Tim is an amazing trainer and with the Will & Tim combo you will be surprised at how far you will come in such a short amount of time! They have become like family to me! The community– geez sooo much I could say but you will see it all once you go! These are people that actually care about you and your fitness! They want to see you meet your every goal and than some!

My wife and I stopped in here on a road trip from Nor Cal to San Diego. In an effort to keep to our normal workout schedule, we decided to reach out to HCF since we were staying in the Best Western across the street. They were more than accommodating and the workout was great. The coaches obviously knew what they were doing and the box itself was clean and had more than we needed. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend HCF to either those traveling or those looking to start crossfit.

In the few months that I’ve been a member I’ve had more success than I ever had at a traditional gym. The coaches are encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive. The workouts kick your butt and keep your coming back for more. The crossfit community at HCF is amazing and welcoming, from the first time I walked in the door I’ve never felt intimidated. Give it a try, it’s definitely worth it.

I had a great experience at Humboldt Crossfit. These guys are awesome and have a real nice gym. If you are in to crossfit and enjoy it this is a must visit place in Eureka. Will Zerlang is an inspiring coach and a great instructor. I will definitely be returning to this gym.

I love these guys. Best coaches you could ask for. Not only are the knowledgable, smart programmers, and extremely encouraging, but they also care about each of their athletes like they are family. More than just some guy at the gym telling you to go hit the stair master or the bench press and leaving you to figure it out.
