Went in today with my son to buy a video game. He had been saving money and was super excited. When he got to the counter the salesgirl asked what she could do for him. He asked her if he could buy the Pokémon game in the case. At that point her co worker came over and told her to go to lunch and that he would help us when he was done with his customer. Five minutes later he was still helping his customer but another employee came back a break. He asked who was next. I told him my son was next. Again he repeated that he wanted to buy the Pokémon game in the case. At this point another customer walked up and asked the salesman a question. The salesman completely ignored my son and started a conversation with the other customer. My son started to cry, I promised him we would find it online, and we left. I will never go into another Game Stop store.

why drive down when all the employees refer you to shop online or order through amazon? no wonder the mall is barren with closed stores, you guys have no real sales technique. and you never help accommodate, «if it’s here it’s here if not shop elsewhere». only posted one star cuz i had to. you middlemen will be out of a job soon then you won’t have to hate your job or the customer. i only stop in bayshore mall to show my friends from out of town where to go for a mall with no stores. it’s a time capsule into the past… bury it!!!

Gamestop, shall I ever outgrow thee? Nowadays, with online purchasing, it’s just so much easier to not make the trip to the mall and browse the games. But when it comes to pre-owned games, Gamestop is king. I really hate paying for a game and saying, «Wow, this sucks so bad I can’t play another minute of it.» If you bought it pre-owned and it’s been less than seven days, take it back, get something else, no prob. Or… «Wow, this game was so great, I’m going to beat it in less than 7 days, then never play it again.» Take it back! Put the money towards something else :)

Game selection is decent. Prices of the games are pretty expensive but what do you expect from a gamestop. Customer service is either really good or really bad, depending on the clerk. The main reason this place loses 2 stars is because of their low number of midnight releases.
