I work in the mall, so I was curious about the first reviewers opinion. I have been to f.y.e. many times and never had an issue but I thought I would check it out anyway. I got the usual good customer service, prompt attention without waiting. I did see «Scott» and mentioned the review. After a minute of conversation he recalled the customer and admitted that he shouldn’t have put forward his opinion and he DID apologize for it when the customer came back, a fact they failed to mention. All in all I had my usual good experience at f.y.e.
