Curb Appeal Construction

I used Curb Appeal to finish a remodel that was done poorly by a previous contractor. I have been sorely disappointed by two other contractors in the area and I am so happy to have found Blaine. He is very professional and showed up when he said he would and got the job done in the time that he said it would take. I hired Curb Appeal from the East coast to work on a rental property and have heard nothing but praise from my tenants about the quality of work, attention to detail and professionalism of his crew. I can’t ask for more than that. I’m sure this will be the first of my projects that I will call Blaine to do.

UPDATE…
The Blaines are still nice guys but I have been recently disappointed in them.
Blaine was supposed to give me a bid for kitchen cabinet doors with glass panels as well as a few other things I needed repaired around my house.
After several promptings and unfulfilled promises I am still waiting 7+ weeks for an estimate.
I have given up.
Have no idea why Blaine has ignored me like this. He has been very good with communications. All he had to do was tell me why he wasn’t interested in doing the work.
Still no complaints about previous work they have done (see my other review) but this neglect is inexcusable.
It never feels right to be disappointed in a friend which I thought we were.
Guess I will now need to find someone else to do my projects.

We’ve used Curb Appeal for dozens of jobs and have always found them to be fast and reliable. Blaine is a great guy and I always recommend people looking for a contractor give him a call.
