They are the perfect blend of professional and laid back property managers. They’ve been very responsive to me as a tenant, anything from replacing a broken dishwasher to fixing a faulty outlet. They are definitely one of the most reliable property managers in town.

Courteous, fair, efficient. They have literally gone out of their way (20 miles) to spare me inconvenience.

This is the best place to rent from in Humboldt! They are incredibly professional and super friendly as well. If any thing is amiss on the property it is promptly taken care of. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new property manager to rent from!

We’ve been meaning to write a review for this place for a while now. It’s a love/​hate feel we have towards this company and here’s why:
They offer a decent selection of apartments/​houses for rent from all price points. You will find something in your price range usually and it’ll be about right for what you get and what neighborhood.
The people who you will be dealing with is a married couple who are really nice people. I have to admit they are some of the friendliest property managers we have ever dealt with. They are good at getting back to you if you have a problem in your rental, which is a big deal when renting.
They seem to really care about your safety and well being while renting from them, so if you have an issue, feel free to call them up and they will assist you.
They are professional and I would recommend them if you are looking for a decent company to rent from.
Why not 5 stars?
We rented from them at 2 different locations, the first was owned and managed by themselves and we never had a problem with anything, if we did, we called and it was fixed right away.
However, we then rented a home that was owned by a local business owner in town. BAD IDEA. The property owner was horrible. I can go on and on about that person but this review is on the company. So, we give this place good points for being good people but bad points for working with BAD owners who go through them to rent.
Advice: go here but rent from places THEY own.
