Carbonneau Ceramic Tile

Excellent service. Very helpful, Pierre and Aimée are very nice and knowledgable. Super professional. The selection is second to none, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tile work or anything similar. What an awesome experience, the way they are eager to come meet people who walk in their showroom and help them and provide excellent service is how customers always want to be treated. A+ company!

My heroes!!! I had a glass subway tile tub surround installed by a contractor who damaged the tile while cutting it and set it anyway, arguing that glass tile always chips when cut. Grey from Carbonneau Tile expertly repaired the shoddy job by isolating and cutting out the damaged tile without destroying any of the surrounding good tiles. He also cut every tile beautifully and chip free. He’s skilled, efficient and professional.
Most other local tile contractors wouldn’t even touch this repair because glass is difficult to work with.
Everyone at Carbonneau (I worked with Pierre, Dana and Grey) is friendly, supportive and professional. I will only use Carbonneau tile from here on in.
Even if you have to wait a bit for your job to get done it’s WORTH IT! They’re busy because they’re GREAT at what they do! Wish I had used them from the start.

What a wonderful experience it was working with Carbonneau Ceramic Tile! Remodeling our kitchen was a bit scarey, Dana and Aimee were great to work with picking the right products and colors that would work the best for what we wanted to accomplish! Which helped calm our fears. Then Pierre and his crew went to work installing the tile counter and back-​splash and what a MASTERPIECE they turned out! We just love our new kitchen!!! They were there everyday when they said they would be there. They always left the area clean at the end of the day! We can’t say enough good about Carbonneau Ceramic Tile! We would HIGHLY recommend them!!!

My experience with Carbonneau Ceramic Tile was great from beginning to end. The showroom is full of choices. Aimee and Dana were so very helpful and had good design suggestions. Grey and Ken were very professional and conscientious from the demolition to the installation of the new tile. They paid attention to every detail. The results are FABULOUS!
