When in Eureka Springs this is a great place to stay, its a lodge/motel that has been completely remodeled. Owners are friendly and accommodating with a great price. Eureka Springs offers many places to stay but the Trails Inn offers the best value with clean rooms in my opinion. They are located on on the East side on Van Buren headed towards the Harley Davidson Dealership. Our room was on the back side 3rd floor and the view was of the woods and the pool. It was nice to sit outside our room and drink coffee in the morning, so relaxing. Also, the pool is heated so bring your swimsuit. The Trails Inn is within walking distance of several breakfast eateries and restaurants. The Trails Inn says they offer a continental breakfast but it won’t sustain you for very long and if you are a biker or someone who wants a real breakfast then try Sweet and Savory just walking distance from the Trails Inn. Enjoy Eureka and spend less money by staying here… great experience.

For what it is, this is a great hotel. My 2 BFFs & I spent 4 days &3 nights in Eureka Springs recently, & we stayed here because after calling around, we found it to be a GREAT deal. When we arrived, the very friendly couple who owns it showed us our room & offered us tips about Eureka Springs. Our room was a suite with 2 bedrooms & one bathroom. The front bedroom also had it’s own sink/mirror combo. There was a small refrigerator in the back bedroom, as well as a coffee pot. The coffee that came with it was a standard affair for hotel coffee, but when I mentioned I had bought some fresh ground coffee from Mud Street Café, the housekeeper brought me some coffee filters! The furnishings at this hotel are the same ones your great-grandmother had in the 80s… which she’s had since the 60s. They were still functional & at $ 70 per night for a 2 room suite, I’m not complaining. It wasn’t within easy walking distance to downtown Eureka, but it would be if you were on a bike… and in extremely good shape, given the hills. Extremely good crash spot if you want to do Eureka Springs & not blow your whole budget on your hotel. I will definitely stay here again.
