Not good guys… The sign said they had a 5 $ minimum on credit cards, but they demanded we pay cash for the kayak rental. The card was fine for merchandise just not for the kayak rental??? Seems like there may have been something unethical going on. Also they charged us 10 $ more than the advertised price for the rental.
Also restrooms were out of order so they had a port o pody in parking lot that was discussing.
Update: the kayak had a leek which resulted us having to stop every 30 minutes to empty the freeZing cold water. No refund or apology.
If you have a choice do not go to this place. It’s poorly managed and needs to go away.

On a whim while on a day trip to Eureka Springs we decided to take a canoe trip with a 2 and 4 year old. We rented our canoe and picked up snacks and gas at Riverview. The staff was very nice and offered a 2.5 hour self-​guided option that was perfect for our family. The trip actually ended up taking 1.5 hours since they were doing a released from the dam. The equipment was perfectly acceptable and prices for everything were reasonable. Other places we called either only had longer floats or didn’t allow young kids.
I can’t speak to the resort part.

On the river or just driving through, The Country Store offers a good deli, beer, some surprising wines, DVD rental and bait. What more are you looking for? Gas? You got it!
Family owned and run the, Riverview is the only stop for a number of miles in both directions and almost on the river. Talk about convenient. Service with a smile and mostly regulars know a good deal deal when they find it.
