I cannot say enough how much we loved this restaurant. My husband and I had dinner there this evening to celebrate my 30th birthday and we couldn’t be more impressed. Impeccable service, AMAZING food and a wonderfully kind and talented chef who came out to our table several times to visit with us. Cool and modern fine dining minus the pretentious atmosphere. Portions were perfect and the Welly was out of this world. Thank you so much to Chef and all the crew at Le Stick.

Dinner was so-so which is quite a surprise after reading reviews. Smoke beef carpaccio was great. My salad was the seasonal salad and it was sweet … Not a bit like one would expect from a salad. Beef Wellington was just okay and scallops were cold. I’d opt for Rogue Manor

Wonderful restaurant with great food. I had the filet and it had a very good wine sauce and the potatoes and the vegetables were just spectacular. I could have made a meal out of them. My wife had chicken cordon bleu which was creative, wrapped in prosciutto, but pretty dry. The service was really good. The timing was great and everything was explained thoroughly and presented attractively. Donna, our waitress, owns the restaurant with her husband and her father works the host station. So it’s really a family affair. Interesting story about their restaurant in Branson getting destroyed by a tornado and moving everyone including their chef to eureka springs. They did great. Over all it was a great experience.

This restaurant lived up to the reviews I’d read. Atmosphere was great. Our server was amazing. The drinks we’re one of the best parts. I had a lady antibellum and just had to have another. The drinks we’re expensive but worth it($ 11). My grilled Caesar salad was hearty and delicious. The dressing was just amazing with shaved Parmesan. My wife had the French onion soup and it was the best I’ve ever had. Now, I had scallops and they were just wonderful– I love scallops, but the show stopper was the filet for sure. It was the most tender and delicious steak I’ve ever had! Get the steaks here. It is worth it. We had s’mores Cree brûlée for desert and it was just as good as the Waitre said.

As newlyweds, my husband and I had reservations here as soon as they opened at 5pm for our wedding night dinner. We were warmly greeted at the door, and shown to our table promptly after. Our server, Andy, greeted us within seconds of being seated. Andy had excellent taste in his recommendations, from the beginning. Our drinks were phenomenal. We had the calamari appetizer… such a great first impression of this restaurant. The tomato jam served with the calamari was to die for. We also split a grilled Cesar salad– also impressive. For our entrees we had what my husband and I agreed were the best filets we had ever had in either of our lives. I had a 6oz regular filet, and he had the Beef Wellington. Both were so flavorful, and literally melt in your mouth. I can’t recommend either of these dishes enough. Although Andy gave us exceptional service, all of the servers and staff at this establishment were extremely professional and warm. Thank you for making our first dinner as a married couple the best we’ve ever had!

We were admittedly hesitant to try a French restaurant in Arkansas having just returned from France a few months ago. However, Le Stick did not disappoint. It proved to be one of our best dining experiences! The food was amazing. We started with a cheese board that had generous amounts of cheese(too often they are loaded with crackers and fruit with very little actual cheese). The pairings of mustard seed and sauces were exquisite. The house salad was also a very generous portion with candied nuts and raspberry vinaigrette that make it a real treat. We each had the filet so that is all I am able to comment on but we loved it. Not only was it perfectly cooked and seasoned but the pairing with the vegetables and sauces(especially the Marsala sauce) was spectacular. Although full, we saved room for dessert and thank God we did. We had s’mores crème brûlée and it was on par or better than any dessert we had in France! Seriously — do not skip dessert at Le Stick. Besides the amazing food, the staff all works together to make sure you have a terrific experience. They make time to tell you about the dishes, answer questions and talk to you. So much personal service and attention! If you travel to Eureka Springs and don’t eat here, you are truly missing out on a wonderful experience. There is a reason this place is number one in the ratings!

Such a great time! We had to sit at the bar, you should reserve a spot if you want a table. Staff was friendly and accommodating and very informative of all the food. My hubby is gluten intolerant and they ensured all food was gluten free for him to enjoy. Come and eat here!!! Food was amazing… Dessert was amazing Totally worth it.

I’m not even sure what just happened. We were passing through Northwest Arkansas, decided to spend some time in the great little town of Eureka Springs, and the next thing you know, we are having one of the best meals of our lives in a cutting edge art nouveau restaurant that is somehow fine and casual at the same time, and reminds me of a swanky underground absinthe bar in Prague that Ernest Hemingway recommends. The experience here is totally unique and new, yet also taps into a timeless style and antique truth… as you can tell, I’m having a difficult time explaining how truly awesome the overall experience of this restaurant is, so let me get back to the basics: the food and drink are creative and ridiculously delicious, the owners and staff are passionate and welcoming, and the ambiance is one of fine yet groovy comfort. There I go again with the surprising juxtapositions, but I suppose that’s what this restaurant is about. Just do yourself a favor, stop reading reviews and make a reservation, then descend the stairs to the other world that is Le Stick Nouveau. I’m not going to tell you what I had or recommend, because this is the kind of place where you trust the owners and staff to completely take care of you and guide you on your epicurean journey here. Do it. You’ll thank me later.

If master French chef Jacques Pépin had a secret kid with Julia Child, then their fictitious offspring is surely at the helm of this c’est magnifique restaurant! In reality, he is the 29 year-old self-taught wunderkind chef of this Art Nouveau designed flight-of-fancy tucked under the New Orleans Hotel on the main drag in this charming Victorian mountain village. My pointed advice to you – grant the chef, owners, & erudite waitstaff carte blanche in guiding you through their menu, composing an evening of gastronomical melodies that will dance a savory ballet on your tastebuds! Quite a divine wine cellar was savored along with four luscious courses: Beef Carpaccio $ 9(smoke dome), Escargot $ 15(melt in your mouth morsels), Grilled Caesar $ 9(stuffed & smoky), & Beef Wellington $ 30 or $ 36(the chef-d’oeuvre) – all of which I’d order again & again! Eureka Springs is so BLASTED lucky. Just throw down that AMEX& revel in it. You are in the hands of an artiste! Bön Appétit!

This place is truly amazing. The service was impeccable from the moment we walked into the restaurant and their attention to detail was not missed. Our waiter was fantastic and his suggestions/recommendations were on point. From start to finish the food was incredible with depths and layers of flavors. By far this dining experience was in the top meals we have ever had and we have eaten at many top notch restaurants. DONOT miss this place!

Everything we had was beyond excellent. We had the gnocchi which was just right, ceaser salad which was out of the world. The onion soup was unlike anything else ive had and I usually get onion soup anywhere I travel in the United States, so awesome and to top it off it had raspberry sauce in it so good. Everyone must try the deconstructed beef Wellington, the presentation was superb as well as the flavor. The Wait staff was amazing. Will definetly be back even though it’s over 3 and half hours away. I would just drive here for the food and atmosphere.

The best restaurant in Eureka Springs. Actually, it’s one of the best anywhere! Everything from the shared appetizer to the salad course to the entrée and finally, dessert were superb. My drink, a classic sidecar, was excellent. And the service was first class. Overall, this was A+++ experience! Highly recommended!

Everything about Le Stick from the staff to food was superb. It was the best dining experience I have ever had, and I plan to come back for seconds. We had for an appetizer the gnocchi, which was perfectly cooked. We also had the grilled Caesar salad, and it is even better than the previous reviews. We also had the deconstructed beef Wellington, and the scallops both of which are beyond words they are so delicious. Finally the drinks had absinthe in them, and it is such a unique touch that it set the drinks apart from anything we have ever had! To finish we had the crime brûlée, and it was light with the perfect crunch. It is a very special place!

Absolute fine dining, comparable to any big city restaurant. We ate here two of the three nights we were in town. We had the sea scallops the first night and I was completely delighted to find a chef who knows how to prepare them to perfection. While we dined, a staff member walked by with a basket of sumptuous looking mushrooms. We wanted to know how those going to be used. The manager said we would have to come back the next night to find out. We made reservations immediately for four as our friends were joining us. We were thrilled with the chef’s presentation of prosciutto wrapped chicken Cordon Bleu with a fresh sautéed mushroom sauce and grilled to perfection carrots and asparagus. The staff are amazingly friendly, the atmosphere is relaxed and Kelly and Raymond, the bartenders are your best friends. We will be back! Ask for Tony the best waiter in Eureka Springs.

This little place is pretty neat and the food was amazing. Upon arrival we were greeted by several of the wait staff and shown to our table. There was light music playing in the background giving the feel of a trendy restaurant and our booth was isolated from other tables which was very nice. The menu looked terrific and we ordered the cheese plate, a charred ceasar salad and a house salad. The cheese plate had many different cheeses which were delicious, but the home run was the pickled mustard seeds. Our dinner plates were two scallops, a cod, and a beef wellington. The scallops were amazing and the risotto with it was uncomprehendingly delicious. Easily the best scallops I’ve had in my life. The beef wellington was a beautiful dish and it was well cooked, tender and full of flavor. The only miss of the night was the cod. Possibly over cooked and the flavors were not very good. For dessert we had deconstructed carrot cake and cheese cake. Both were good, but not quite on par with the main dishes. Presentation was beautiful of both. This place is an excellent dining experience with very attentive wait staff and exceptional food. The price matches the high quality of food for a good value. One regret is that we didn’t order the smoked beef carpaccio. It looked like a fun and delicious dish.

We had the pleasure of dining here again on our recent trip to town. This time I tried the chef’s fish special which was grilled Wahoo on Risotto which was delicious. The Wahoo was a substantial thick cut and grilled to perfection. The Risotto was a perfect complement with just the right contrast of creamy and citrus flavors. One of the best prepared fish dishes I’ve tried. I had to post a picture. Must order if you have a chance!

Great food and service. I started with the French onion soup that had great flavor, however the cheese wouldn’t melt… I think it was Gouda. For my entrée I had the featured Tempura shrimp. One of the sides on my plate was an amazing bacon jam. The whole meal was delicious! I would recommend this place to others.
