This is a nice little bar in downtown Eureka Springs. Take a flight of stairs down into this refuge. Henri’s was one of the few places open past 9:00 when BF and I visited during the off-season, so we made our way in. The 80s tunes playing were right up our alley. The place was empty with the exception of one other couple. The bartender was great — fun to talk with and willing to go the extra mile to customize our drinks. This is a smoking bar, which is a blessing or a curse, depending on whether you’re a smoker. We spent a couple happy, buzzy hours here and would certainly return and both recommend it.

I know that some of you might have had a less than stellar time at Henri’s but hey: everybody has some down days. I have to give huge thanks and respect for Henri’s owner and staff on May 15,2015. Charmain(sp) was our bartender for my husbands 50th birthday party. I can only say outstanding. It was a large hometown party and at no time did our bartender ever falter or lose her banter and sense of humor. Thanks to Gloria and the team. Stop in and say hello when you’re in town, have a drink, watch the world go by on main street from the deck or belly up to the bar and maybe, if you’re lucky, hear a local tale you might not get anywhere else. CHEERS! ps … Have Charmain make you an Alabama Slammer. Just beware: they go down like Hawaiian Punch but you’ll love the kick !

The bartender was rude and wouldn’t accept my new drivers license since it was a paper copy. I explained to him that’s how they do it in Kansas and even showed him my old drivers license. Did not have trouble at any of the other bars in Eureka Springs.

This restaurant/bar has a rustic, aka divey atmosphere but don’t let that deter you. We all enjoyed our meals very much, especially for the price in this neighborhood. Plus the balcony is awesome! I will definitely come back again

I cannot comment to the food, as my wife and I walked in to have a drink and escape an early evening rain shower rain on a Saturday. That being said, it is a great dive bar with a great deck(and view of the main street strip) and sun room on the back with cheap drinks and a great juke box. If you are looking for fair priced drinks and a laid back atmosphere Henri’s is the place to be in historic downtown Eureka Springs.

This bar was dead when my husband and I went in and it stayed that way. I can see why because it was not a very friendly atmosphere and the food was not very good. Would not recommend this bar and will not return.
