The woman behind the counter is rude. I am new here and when I asked her for 2 regular coffees, she was condescending, asking me what did I mean by regular. I asked then for 2 small coffees. She all but rolled her eyes and walked over to a coffee pot that I guess is serve yourself. I apologized and told her I didn’t know. She threw her hands up and walked away. I needed creamer, which I searched for extensively, as I was afraid of the same treatment if I asked. Luckily the man behind the counter was very nice and brought some out for us. Coffee is good but after the bad attitude we won’t be returning.

Coffee is really bad and the milk was steamed really poorly. If you’re looking for a craft coffee place, this is not it and im not sure there’s one in eureka. If you like Starbucks this might be your place.

Cute coffee shop with amazing drinks. I got the Carmel frozen latte and it was beyond delicious. My husband got the Meghan’s mega mocha and it was yummy too. If you are in Eureka Springs and want some coffee this is the place to go.

My cousin Leesa and I stopped in this past weekend for our ritual coffee. I ordered a white chocolate mocha with whipped cream, while she ordered the same; but with a shot of almond flavoring. For those who haven’t been here before, the atmosphere is very bohemian, much like Eureka itself. The service is on «Eureka time», so if you’re in a hurry, don’t order. This is a place to savor an awesome cup of coffee and take in a great view of downtown Eureka Springs. The owners are very friendly and to be honest, even though I love Starbucks… I don’t miss it in Eureka. I have Eureka Daily Roast and it’s just perfect.

We’ve been to eureka a couple of times and this place always had a long line. The coffee is great. I had a smoothie and very good. The reason for two stars is one of the owners is just rude and seemed put off talking to us. It seems they are a husband/wife owners. The gentleman is very nice and cordial. His wife waited on us and was downright rude to my girlfriend when asking questions about her coffee. This review won’t hanger heir business as its a tourist town. Just wished she was a little nicer to her customers.

This is some of the best coffee I’ve ever had and by far the greatest experience! The owners are incredibly nice and clearly care about making only the best coffee for their customers. If you’re visiting Eureka Springs, this place is a must!

I stopped in here for a little mid-afternoon pick me up. I ordered an iced latte and it was pretty good… except they put foam on top. That was something new. I’ve worked at a few different coffee shops in my day and I’d not experienced this before. My friend I was with custom-ordered a drink which they made. The staff seemed friendly enough but a little distracted by a group of locals who were noisily laughing and talking in the corner. The space was small and not uninviting. It’s a nice little café just in the heart of the shops so it was convenient. I would most likely go back.

Awesome coffee! We loved the shop atmosphere. They had some delicious looking pastries on the counter, but we didn’t try them. I had marshmallow hot chocolate, and my husband had a caramel macchiato. Both were the best we ever had. The service was a tad slow, but worth the wait.

Excellent coffee, they were right on the mark, tasted great, fresh & strong, nice to sit by the window & watch the people/cars/deers on Spring Street;-) Was here on vacation & enjoyed my coffee & treat, employees were great, this place is better than mud street café(they are all hype) go to this place instead:-)

I couldn’t believe how unpleasant the exchange with the owners was. We tried multiple times to engage in friendly conversation while they made our coffee and they were consistently short and unfriendly with us. Reeeeooowr! If you hate your job, please quit! Coffee was good though

great coffee, nice people, small place. price is good… i noticed in a previous review someone complained that it was slow while having a line and one person working which is true, but you should be able to see a line and know youre in for a wait.

This place makes a very tasty, strong cappuccino. They are not going to rush your cuppa joe and neither should you be in a rush to drink it. Sit back and enjoy Eureka Springs for a bit.

I love their coffee drinks! They are so much better than Starbucks. The owner is so friendly, but it is REALLY slow so don’t go for a quick stop.

Hands down had the best iced latte of my life here! I even made my husband drive all the way across town when we were heading back to Oklahoma so i could have one more. And the owners were the sweetest down to earth people! So if you are looking for a good cup of Joe… and a small humble atmosphere this is your place!

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 drinks. While the drinks were good, that wait wasn’t worth it. There was only one guy slowly! working and even when another employee showed up and saw us waiting, she still went on doing her own thing. Several people walked out. I would have done the same thing but I needed my coffee and Mud St. Café was closed. Go there if ya can!

Incredibly perfect latte! I’ve been to dozens across the country, this latte was right! Quaint, pleasant shop. Friendly staff. Took a bit long to get the drink, not because they were slow, but because they were under-staffed.
