Came back here a few times after being on a 15 year hiatus(because I didn’t come to Eureka Springs during that time, lol) I was 10 at the time, and it was nice to see that a lot of good places I had traveled to haven’t changed a bit. Bubba’s Barbecue was no exception. And now that I appreciate barbecue way more than I used to, it made the experience better. The ribs and pork were decently smoky. If I lived closer, I’d come out more often!

From two old girls from TX and TN this is ligit BBQ. Trust us we are very picky. We both had the«Cluck and Squel» ¼ chicken and baby back ribs, slaw, superb beans(crispy ends pork cooked right in the beans), warm bread. Staff very warm and friendly. ENJOY

Went there after we got married with a party of 14. Charged us 18% gratuity and we weren’t even all sitting together & it was separate checks. Fries were old, pickle tasted funky & more fat than pulled pork on most of the sandwiches. Couldn’t even finish it. The chips were the only good thing! We will NEVER go back!

Fantastic! Yummy! Amazing! Tender! Pork sandwich topped with coke slaw… Ok… Beyond just the BBQ, you must end the meal with some cake! Carrot cake! Awesome!!! A must do when in Eureka Springs!

Excellent ribs. I’ve been going to Eureka Springs for over a decade to ride motorcycles and I just tried this place. Wish I’d have tried it sooner. It’s pretty dang good. And I live in Kansas City, so I know me some good Q, man! Try it you’ll like it. Fries are awesome, too.

The Good: Bubba’s is clean and the wait staff are awesome. The Bad: The brisket. The flavor isn’t bad but it’s a slow cooker simmered style not the smoked and sliced style most folks think of when they think BBQ brisket. It would be great in a stew or something. The sides of cole slaw and fries were just OK.

Hours before our wedding in the hills of Eureka Springs, we had Bubba’s pulled pork sandwiches… OMG. The smoky flavor of the pork was unbelievable! The taste was incredible as a stand alone. The sauce just made it better. Add the slaw on top, one heck of a sandwich! The establishment itself was like a diner that looked like it had been added on to. And those diner stools… All and all, excellent BBQ and a nice place to eat it at.

Soooooo delicious! Had the mixed plate of ribs and pulled pork. Not a fan of the potato salad, but I highly recommend the restaurant. Waitress was friendly and attentive.

GREATBBQ. Had the sampler platter with ribs, brisket, hot links and ribs. Enough food to feed a bear. Everything was good. I smoke a lot of meat and this was excellent for a restaurant. They serve competition quality BBQ. Parking a little tricky but they have parking in the back if you see the small sign. Great service.

Visiting Arkansas and decided to try this place, I love hole in the wall places. You usually get the best BBQ :) this food is very tasty, fries are fresh cut from potatoes, BBQ sauce is on the table so you can season as you please(I hate when my BBQ come automatically drenched) I’d def come here again if I’m on this side of town :)

Have been eating at Bubba’s for years. It’s our favorite BBQ in Eureka! In 20+ years have always had excellent food and service. Our favorites are the pulled pork, links and ribs. Our only complaint… no togo cups for the iced tea, but you can bring your own and they will fill you up! Also, ramp for wheelchair is precarious and not real accessible.

Unilocalers told me this was a pretty good place. Why did you lie, Unilocal? Why??? A word of advice: avoid this place. There are many better places to eat in Eureka Springs than Bubbas. The wife got the chicken nachos. The avocados were brown and tasteless, and the chicken tasted like it was frozen from a package. I had the half rack of ribs. They were dry, tough, had barely any rub on the outside, and very little smoke flavor. They were just awful. I could get better ribs prepackaged from the grocery store. The baked beans tasted canned. The slaw was pretty good though. The service was good and our waitress was prompt and friendly.

Stopped in for lunch. Had bbq sandwich, bbq plate, and what I will call super nachos. Not the best I’ve had but good enough to go back!

Nice little restaurant with adequate food… — Asked for the burger to be cooked medium but was overcooked. But they made another one… — Had the BBQ Combo. I thought ribs and pork would be better in this part of the world… — Hope you like pink… Everything, including the parking lot stripes, is painted pink…

This was the second stop in our mini-tour of northwest Arkansas BBQ joints – I reviewed Whole Hog Café in Bentonville a couple of days ago. Bubba’s was great! We started off with sweet tea – delicious. Mary ordered the pork shoulder sandwich while I asked for the Bubba Link, a barbequed hot link covered with chili and cheese on a toasted bun. As our server said, «Everything’s better covered with chili and cheese.» I couldn’t agree more. We also split an order of fries and both sandwiches came with chips and pickle spears – you just can’t serve a BBQ sandwich without a pickle! Our service was excellent. Food arrived quickly and our iced tea glasses were never empty. The food was very good as well. Mary and I agreed that her pork sandwich was more tender and tasty than Whole Hog Café and it had a wonderful subtle smokiness. My Bubba Link was excellent as well and like nothing I’d ever had before. Fries were very good also. Bubba’s is a winner!

In the mood for BBQ? Bubba’s smokes the competition! All meat comes dry. You add the sauce. Now that’s a nice change from brisket drowning in rich, thick goodness. The dry slaw is nice and a little kick to the BBQ beans rounded out my beef plate which was a great size. Asked or white onions on the side and was given just that. Way to go and very polite! Others had ½ rack ribs and pulled pork sandwich. Go with the large over the small sandwich for value. Very good bread too. The house sauce is sweet but the vinegar based hot sauce was fantastic. I would like to see a hot BBQ sauce rather than sweet. The dry smoked BBQ at Bubba’s was delicious and I’ll look forward to my next visit. As they say, «Pork. The other rubbed meat.»
