Me and my family are in between homes right now, we were looking for a quiet, reasonable, and safe place to stay in the GCISD school district. This apartment complex has been phenomenal, the staff is very friendly and the manager is on top of things. Anytime you need a maintenance request it is done within the next day, sometimes the same day. The grounds are very clean and all the neighbors are friendly. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Great location, great schools, great neighbors, and great staff! Can’t ask for much more.

I absolutly love living here! When I was in the process of finding a place to live Ben was so incredibly helpful. Because of how patient he was with me and made sure to answer all of my questions and was so prompt is a huge reason as to why I picked this place to call home! Shannon is great as well and always very helpful and friendly along with their maintenance team! Everyone has made me feel so welcomed here. Also the neighbors are great! I’ve never had a single issue with anyone.
