We just bought a refrigerator we have truck to pick up it . Customer service is so horrible the guy who was helping us was so rude he looks like no happy doing his job.(Cris S. That’s his name) He told me it was only him available to help us win a big size fridge. They didn’t have enough people to help us to upload it to our truck. Overall I m not happy with lowes customer service

Never get your wood floors done at Lowe’s! We ordered them a month ago and they have still yet to deliver them! They lost our wood and took forever to deliver them. We still have not gotten our wood yet and are considering canceling all together.

This Lowe’s has the best customer service. I’m not so handy, so for me this is the perfect place. Questle in the paint department is extremely friendly and was willing and able to show me exactly how to apply polyurethane to my dining room table. He even took the time to show me a sample using a paint stir stick. I have stopped shopping at the Home Depot closer to my house due to their lack of customer service skills and I was sick of looking for people to help me. I’ll drive further for this Lowe’s any day. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and approachable.

Walked around in the grilling section of the store trying to find a part. 3 employees(see photo) stood around jabbering and not one of them ever asked if they could assist me. Lowe’s, I have an idea to keep your costs down. Get rid of the employees that get paid to just stand around and chat. I ended up just guessing on what I needed and if it doesn’t work, you can bet I will be returning a used item, which doesn’t help Lowe’s bottom line. Could have been avoided, if they had staff that helped the customer.

I came for some citronella plants, but they did not have it in stock. I believe they should restock things whenever it’s sold out! What’s up with that? Ugh. Oh well. They had unnatural stuff, but I prefer natural. It’s fine. Otherwise, this Lowes is nice, clean, friendly staff, and(most of the time) has what I need!

Came here today looking for a fern. The only ones they had were either dead or all bent and broken. Most of the plants looked to be in poor shape. But I’m no Botanist! The only ones that looked to be doing well, were the cactus. I ended up finding some beautiful ferns at Walmart. Go figure.

Every time I come here and need something in the appliance section the guy that’s supposed to help customers just sits there. Today I thought I’d give it long shot and see if he’d sell me a slide in range for my kitchen. Every word out of his mouth was no as we discussed my options. He just fought me on everything I was saying. So I went to #sears. My new range comes in Friday.

Wait a second … what in the world am I doing at a Lowe’s … buying airfilters. Target across the highway wanted 10 – 12 bucks for a single filter so I decided to look else where because we normally can get filters 3 for 7 – 8 at the lowe’s and home depot near our house. Took me a while to figure out where I needed to go; someone stoppd and asked if I needed help which I did but tI think it was just because it was a diffrent layout than what I am used too. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Nicole in the cabinet dept was great! My husband and I are creative types, so we had all kinds of ideas, photos, etc. It was enough to confuse most people, but she handled us like a champ. She incorporated our ideas and pointed out minor adjustments needed to make our ideas practical. The cabinets are not here yet, so I can update this when they come in, but wanted to brag on her service.

I buy the vast majority of my annual plants and bulbs here. The garden dept. is great and friendly. I have scored rose bushes for $ 7 dollars. I have found gems on the clearance racks. Their plants seem to be very healthy. And if you need something weird like a new aerator for your kitchen faucet, the staff will happily help you find the little gizmo. Once when I had a horrible day and must have looked it, a staff member gave me a hug. Granted, that was way beyond the regular service but their staff is always nice to me and I have been shopping here for four years as a result.
