I’ve been here before but the new location is definitely a trade up! I’m not sure if I can still get my car serviced here or not but it would be easier for me since I work in Dallas and trafficis terrible going to Grapevine!

Went in for oil change but looking to trade in/​up. After walking lot for 40 minutes with no offers of help (usually not a bad thing at dealerships) New salesman ((JP) returned from lunch and offered to help. (At least 6 salesman or so lounging inside… but maybe they were finance managers or something. Emphasized didn’t want a lot of back and forth because of previous bad experiences there. Initial offer was MSRP with $ 8000 below market trade-​in. (Which I had bought there a year ago.)Got in my G37 and left. This dealership makes you feel like they’re doing you a favor. Can’t wait to buy my new Infiniti ! From Sewell. Done with Grubbs!
