Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. By far the nicest shop with a great selection of firearms and other related accessories. Gunsmith services on site just adds to the level of service. Very knowledgable sales staff. Layaway available…
This is the type of gun shop where they know you, after you go in a few times. Something you do not see in other stores like Academy etc…

Been here a couple years back and wasnt to happy. But i came in yesterday and was a whole new feeling in there… all staff were knowledgeable and def made my purchase easy. Steven was the gentleman that helped me out. Gave me tons and tons of information and spent atleast a hour with me even also helped out others at the same time. Owner was really chilled and layed back def didnt give you that i know everything vibe. Definitely will be purchasing more in the future from this place.

Dropped by to check on pricing for pepper spray and a small 40 cal handgun. The clerk was the nicest person. I was a little worried from the reviews but the people working when I was there were great. I told the clerk I was interested in a Glock 27, he said if I like the Glock I would love this SW 40cal. He was correct this SW 40. Cal was just a little bigger then my .32 Kel-​tec but packed more stopping power and it fit like a glove in my hand. I now know what I want for Xmas. I would definitely come here again and buy their products.

Great place, great guys. I take all my repair or customization work to them. They have built three custom rifles for me and workmanship was excellent. Have bought several guns from them always easy to deal with.

If I could give this place a negative 3 stars I would! What a bunch of ARROGANT ASS CLOWNS! I wanted to purchase a brand new hand gun not the display model in the case and the guy gave me a bunch of grief and said we only sell what’s in stock! Then after they quoted me a 10% discount they said no because they were ordering new stock! I let them order the gun and when I called to confirm the order some JERK answered the phone said he didn’t know if the gun had been ordered and that the guy that made the sale was out for the day? I asked why he could not look it up in the computer and he said «look mister we don’t enter gun orders in our computers and I’m too busy to argue with you» needless to say I canceled the order and hung up on the guy! This is NOT the way to do business or earn new customers…

I can’t speak specifically about the entire staff, but I can speak highly of Seth. After purchasing 1000rds of FMJ reloads that Dallas Reloding Services produced, I found 40+ rounds dented to the point I was concerned about safely using them. Seth replaced this badly produced ammo with the same Ammo that was not dented. Seth is a stand up professional. He’s never disappointed anytime I’ve been there. Again. Thank you Seth and thank you Euless Guns and Ammo!

Went in here this past week (9−30−14). Three people behind counter I assumed were employees. 4 other «customers» in the store. Stood at the counter 5 minutes. No offer to help. No hello. Nothing. I guess they don’t need my money. Looked like the older guy behind the counter was holding court with the other 4 «customers» and the other two employees. I would love to support the local guy but the local guy has to put in a little effort to show he wants me in his store. I am not in his «buddy clique» but my money spends just as well. Travel the extra distance to DFW Shooters Supply or Texas Gun Pros. They are locally owned and want your business.

Admittedly I use this place more frequently than I would like because it is the closest gun store to my home. I have bought a few firearms them now, ammo and had their gunsmith put some sights on a glock for me. Service is always bad unless the young women is helping you. The older gentleman whom I suspect is the owner is flat out rude and will ignore you even when you greet him. I always end up paying to much for ammo there, but I figure I am paying for the convenience. Firearms are priced higher there than you will find at Basspro or some other chain. The only reason I bought the two from them was because they were the last to have them in stock during the run on guns last year (Jan 2013).
Oh and the sight the gunsmith installed? Yeah, he put the front sight on slightly crooked. Took me months to figure out why my glock was shooting to the left.

These guys are just plain rude, I went in to get them to FFL a fun for me, treated me like I was wasting their time. Asked him to email the dealer his FFL and he never did! It’s just a bunch of bitter old men there, which sucks, I’d rather support a small business than buy from any of the big stores.

In the past I’ve purchased ammunition at this location. I’ve found them to be knowledgeable, somewhat reasonably priced, and professional.
Well, until tonight.
I’m in the market for a specific make and model of handgun. I called at 6:13 p.m. to ask if they had it. I was advised by the staff member who answered the phone that he was not willing to help me. I was told that I would need to call back tomorrow because they were closing and heading out the door.
If you’re closing, don’t answer the phone. If you’re unwilling to help me, don’t answer the phone.
Had they not answered my call I would’ve called back in the morning. Now, given the lack of help, I’m probably going to end up taking my business elsewhere.
