Been to this location once at night with my friends, never coming back, no matter how pretty it looks now. I went to the drive thru and I got a combo and asked for certain things off and ended up getting everything on it. Now when it came to order my drinks, that’s when the nightmare began. I asked for a sweet tea and the guy taking my order tells me «sorry we don’t have sweet tea at the moment». In a fast food business, you’re supposed to have or prepare more for customers. So onto the drinks, I ask for a Dr. Pepper and I get the same response «Sorry we don’t have Dr. Pepper at he moment either» and I actually had to ask «What kind of drinks do y’all have?» And I get the response of «Only Coke Right now» How are you only going to have one drink option?! Highly disappointed

Equipment is always broken. Extremely slow service, Employees are rude and usually do not get the order right.

Your typical fast food restaurant nothing exciting nothing big the drive-​through works well and the staff is relatively courteous. They use the standard deals and are always easy-​going about giving you extra sauce napkins and the like. I would recommend hitting them later in the evening as they cook it right then fresh.
The whoppers are always good the whopper juniors my preferred as they customize it to your liking and most assuredly loaded it up right, only downside is they don’t toast the buns.
That’s far I haven’t had a to go order loaded incorrectly nor have I had any problems with payment or speed.

Last two times I had gone by late at night. My order has been messed up and charged for items that I did not receive. Displeased by the overall attitude of the associate that was working the drive thru. I enjoy the food there but will not be back during late night.

Tried to order through the drive through, said multiple times hello, I think they answered as I was already driving away (after waiting for a long time) Tried to bypass it and wait in the drive thru line to get to the window so I could order that way, but just gave up. Take forever, that’s a good way to lose customers. Now Taco Bell across the street gets my business.

The Sunday morning crew is amazing! I spilled my entire drink and they cleaned it up quite graciously and gave me all new food and everything for no extra charge. Great group of ladies! Always helpful.

Not sure if I will return; I don’t done here often but they seem to get orders wrong consistently. The latest problem was getting the sandwich totally wrong.

About average for a BK. When busy the managers seem to have trouble keeping staff focused and working instead of taking and gossiping.

Very clean and nice new building.
Drive through took ages to get through.
