In a month or two, I’ll have been using this UPS store for my business going on four years. The staff is always incredibly helpful and friendly; I actually enjoy going and picking up my items from them. Even in the very beginning the staff made a point to learn my name and what I do so they could cheer me on and ask how business is going. I don’t even think I’ve used my key once since they always get my mail and packages for me as I walk in the door. Overall, I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is thinking of getting a separate mailbox for business or otherwise. Trust me, it’ll be one of the best business decisions you’ll make.

Awful! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this location. I feel as if I was taken advantage of. I walked in the store, set my stuff on the counter and the man immediately started packing my stuff without even asking me. I feel like it’s his job to give the customer the best experience.
In this case it would have been helpful to note the price of packing before starting the process. Maybe after I complained not shrug your shoulders– instead offer a solution that might better suit the customer’s needs. Like perhaps– buying a box and packing herself.
I am overall unhappy with the price I paid to have the box PACKED– paid 62.50 for this «service» This DOESN’T include shipping. I’m talking JUST PACKING!
Please prevent unhappy customers by using your communication skills to explain the pricing BEFORE you start packing.
