An awesome place! a lot quieter than I thought it would be!

I like how new this place is. It is expensive, but I guess some aspects are worth it. What I’m not a fan of is how terribly loud the noises are from my neighbors and just all around. I can literally hear every conversation from my neighbors and the stomping is crazy. If I had a choice I would probably move out asap, but I’m stuck with a contract that requires me to pay a 1000+ fine for leaving. The staff is nice and the amenities are good. However, I think the «hot» tub tends to be lukewarm water and the «heated» pool is always cold. A few other residents and I were discussing about this and were not thrilled.

The office staff are friendly and helpful, the maintainence staff do a good job and don’t leave a mess behind. All the residents that I have met are friendly and considerate of others. I can not say enough good things about living here!

Brand new appliances, friendly staff, great prices. What more can someone ask for? The gym could probably use some more cardio equipment now that the complex is almost fully populated. But that is a picking nits.

Great office staff. Love the social aspect. Love the amenities on site. Love the layout of the apartment. Just wish they had a service elevator to assist when moving in.

Amenities are above and beyond great. The 24 hr fitness room is top notch. The year round pool and hot tub are a nice touch. Having multiple ways to secure a bike is awesome. Walls are crazy thin though.

I LOVE living at the Bailey! The community is very pet friendly and provides amenities specifically for pets! Pool, spa, mail notification system… amazing community events and BREWDAY! I’ve met so many friends here already and the staff is also super friendly and helpful. This is my home and I love it here. I would highly recommend the Bailey!

Feel a little weird being the second person to ever Unilocal about this place, but it was on my to-​do list so here goes.
The brand-​newness was a major plus. It’s just nice knowing I’m living in an apt that nobody else has been in before. The amenities are amazing and the social activities are very fun. I think what pushed me to a 4 star over a 3 star was the staff though. Everyone has been amazingly helpful and nice, it’s made living here such a great experience. The more 3 star components would be that I do feel it’s a bit overpriced, given the quality of the materials. Also the noise is mostly average for an apartment, except for the fact that the stairs are up against my bedroom and I can hear people stomping up and down at all hours of the night, which is not fun. Overall though, I’m very happy with my choice and I would recommend to others.
