Stealth Recovery and Towing

My husband used these guys through our insurance. When I realized the driver was dropping off our vehicle at the house in front of ours & blocking their driveway, I situated my 3 children, then approached the driver asking him to bring it back to our driveway. He said he would not, ‘It’s too late! I would have to strap everything back up & back up into the driveway & I’m not doing that because it’s a hassle!’ I called my husband & told him the driver was refusing to bring it to our driveway so my husband called him & apparently the driver was mad because I waited so long to tell him wrong house. He then told my husband, ‘You don’t have to be a dick,’ then hung up on my husband. My hubby used to drive tow truck so I know how it works & that drivers attitude was completely unacceptable & lazy & we will never bother this company again.

Stealth Recovery & Towing was the company used throught my auto insurance roadside assistance program. They showed up early to pick up my car and took it directly to the shop I had requested. The young man who towed my car was very polite and curtious. He even helped get my car moved into a positon for optimal loading onto the flat bed truck. I would use this company again.

Getting in your car and realizing it is not going to start is always an unpleasant, and usually highly inconvenient experience.
These guys have towed my car twice now, and both times they called me very quickly after I contacted my insurance company for roadside assistance to verify my location and let me know about how long they would be. They arrived before the ETA, and couldn’t have been more pleasant.
A situation that at first felt completely disastrous was resolved in under an hour, and the friendliness of their drivers was very much appreciated.

I was in Eugene Oregon over the 4^th of July weekend from out of state. I required a roadside service and Stealth recovery was quick to help me out. I was a little nervous due to prior dealings with road service companies in the past. The guy who showed up was wearing cowboy hat and was friendly, professional and just a real good old boy and gave me a great recommendation on a pleasant motel.
