So grateful to Toby @ Simply Cycles for getting my bike ready for a big cross country tour! He was very gracious at answering all of my questions. Could not recommend this shop enough! Honest, straightforward and friendly shop! Thanks again!

Went about 10 minutes before closing and the guys in there helped me pick out two perfect bikes for me and my kid. We love our new bikes and were thoroughly impressed with the prices, quality and store professionalism. Very friendly and I know we’re going to get good after sales care too.

Sean, and his delightful family and staff gave me the boost I needed to finish my 4200 mile trek across the country. First, weeks out of Eugene, they tracked down the tires I wanted and had them waiting for me when I arrived. Secondly, my wallet was stolen the first hour I was in eugene. Not discovered till I’m standing in simply cycle, that’s when Sean and all kicked into overdrive. Let me just say they did everything they possibly could to help me. They went above and beyond. I’m for ever grateful for their kindness. Oh yeah, got the best darn derailure adjustment and tune up I’ve had since Pueblo, co. I could of gone to any bike shop in eugene, so grateful it was simply cycle.

Great customer service from the two folks that were working there when I got my bike. These are great down to Earth people who have a passion and knowledge about bikes. It shows! Felt that the staff went out of their way to help get me set up. Several different models to choose from their wide range of used bikes and friendly enough to test ride any to your liking. There was never any pressure to buy and helped me decide what was right for my needs based on the time of riding I was doing. They didn’t ask for extra charges for some of the extra help them did, but felt w/this kind of customer service it is good karma and almost essential to throw a few dollars in the tip jar. One less car on the road thanks to Simply Cycle!

I arrived at Simply Cycle a few minutes after closing time(6pm). I am no bike expert but I knew that my back tire was becoming increasingly unsafe to ride. I thought I was going to be in for a $ 45 fix but they hooked it up with a new tire for $ 12 and a new tube for $ 6. I did not want to hold them up after closing but the owner insisted that he get the bad wheel off right there and put on the new one. These are the attributes I look for in a business. –Super friendly staff –Putting the customer first –Going the extra step –Competitive price I feel Simply Cycle lived up to all of those. The store is super clean and has a great vibe to it. They also had a few dozen bicycles to choose from. Not sure how competitive their prices are for those but my repair was very cheap. I will be back to get my brakes fixed and a new chain. EDIT: Second and third time I went, not as great. I feel I overpaid for some of the repairs they did for my bike. But thats ok. I am going to be doing all my repairs myself from here on out.

This is a great shop to buy a new or used bike. I have been coming here since August when I moved to Eugene for school, because it is conveniently located near campus. The shop staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and you can tell that they are really dedicated in making sure you have a reliable bike. Their prices may be a little high for used bikes, but it seems like they are really good quality bikes, and better than anything I found off of craigslist. I’ve had multiple friends get bikes off craigslist, and within months their bike is breaking down, but a used bike from here has given me no problems at all. Ask for Jordan when you go in, he definitely knows what he is doing and he will help you with anything. My experiences with this shop have only been positive and as long as I am in Eugene this will be my go to bike shop.

I went there the other day and had a really nice experience. This shop is really cool and it has some great bikes. The staff is helpful and really wants to see a person have a bike that works well and that is safe.

They’re pretty alright, but they’re definitely up there price-wise. I came here a couple times, the first time was to check out their used/new bikes and honestly, their used bikes sell for the price of a brand new one! Cruisers ran for like $ 500 average, and like ONE«cheap» one for like $ 350! I guess my dad liked them more than I did, he was riding around the lot on a cruiser for like 20 minutes wearing the same smile as if he was the Enzyte man from the commercials(if you don’t know what I’m talking about, ) before he decided we aren’t gonna get a bike there. Well anyways, I got a baller road bike elsewhere. Recently I’ve been getting a crap load of flat tires(thanks college bros, why don’t you go break your Bud Light bottles elsewhere). So I came here to get serviced. The 2 guys who were in the shop kinda came off as a bit pretentious and kind of made me feel dumb. They also put more time in trying to order tacos over the phone than helping me with my bike… awesome Flat tires cost $ 10($ 5 for tubing, $ 5 for installation) Guess what, they sell bike pumps for $ 50 bucks. 50BUCKS !! Seriously? And it’s called«JoeBlow». Ha! What a name …Okay a good thing about the place is that I can text to them instead of having to call in, for those of you who are lazy asses like me. The guy who serviced me asked for my name in the end and for some really odd reason, I got so nervous that I forgot to speak English. True story. I have no idea why. I forget how to speak English when people make me nervous

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They are actually excited about bikes. They built me a custom wheel, the likes of which I had never seen. They even have a shop dog.
