I would not recommend bringing a large group as there are no real special deals and the young staff are not able to handle making adjustments for school groups. We spent over $ 300 in an hour and I was yelled at by a young woman running laser tag because I HAD to have additional staff in the room to ensure child safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time we will use Putters for a field trip. :/

Fun fun fun! and Yum Yum Yum! If you’ve never been to Putters! You’ve got to check it out. It’s a popular choice for parents to bring their kids for kids birthday parties and often there’ll be several parties going on at the same time. However, it never feels like you just got beamed onto the SSTYRANTPLAYGROUND because of all the fun activities they offer. Also, this place is quite big & there is great separation of space. If you’ve never experienced the fun of a competitive yet friendly game of Laser Tag than you need to stop by and try it. I’ve gone in with my kids several times and had a blast. The Miniature Golf is great too & rarely do you need to wait very long to play. They make incredible Pizza, serve ice cold beer, have an indoor playground for the little ones to be entertained, offer billiards, & an arcade. It’s definitely a great place for families, teens, or adults. All ages are welcome & there are lots of reasonably priced fun activities to do.

Very fun family-friendly place! My kids have a blast here, as do I and my husband. The pizza is delicious and super inexpensive. There is an arcade, pool tables, laser tag, and mini golf. Something to do for everyone! My family comes here a lot, the variety of things to do is super convenient.

Ok place to go occasionally with your kid(s). Pretty typical for what it is. Lots of birthday parties here. Overpriced mediocre pizza, overpriced games. The kids always seem to like it though. They have an indoor play area but it isn’t as good as the one at papas. Stuff isn’t as padded or protected and there are no employees supervising.

In order to write a review it requires giving at least one star, but if I could, I’d give it zero stars. This place offered NO help to the mother of a 2 year old that was playing in the area for 5 and under. A 10⁄11 year old pushed her child down causing him to hit his head on the slide and instant visible bruising could be seen. Taking no chances with her baby, she immediately took him to the ER. On her way she called Putters and was given a nonchalant, «we’ll address it at the next employee meeting,» type of response. ER doctors sent them home and the next thing she knows, the owner of Putters calls to get full descriptions of everyone involved so they can review security camera footage. Then the POLICE show up at her house and say they’ve been sent by CPS!!! Putters called CPS on this poor mother! The police obviously didn’t find anything wrong, and neither did CPS. CPS actually said this was the most ridiculous claim they’ve received recently, and all because Putters security camera didn’t pick up the incident… so the automatically assumed this mother was abusing her child. To top this entire story off… this family then received a notice banning them from Putters for 5 years!!! WTF!!! Putters, you should be ASHAMED of yourselves! I’m disgusted at the treatment of this mother and the lack of compassion you’ve shown her and her family.

While our grandkids had a great time in the play area for ten year olds and under, we found the food to be so so for the amounts they were charging. The pizza prices are outrageous! The golf looked boring and my husband tried to take our grandson in to play laser tag only to discover that you had to have a party of four in order to play. Also, the laser tag rules state no running. There is really no point in playing after that rule is in place. They’ve got a good concept but I wish they would take a page out of the book of John’s Incredible Pizza. The buffet style food at John’s Incredible Pizza is so much better and a lot easier on a parent’s pocketbook. I would make this place a regular hangout if they would make a few changes.

We had to constantly ask the employees to fix the games because they aren’t working and I asked to file a formal complaint and the management on duty said that there is nothing he could do and said sorry. We had to get other families to sign up for laser tag because they have a 4 person minimum and wouldn’t let my 2 boys play unless they had more people and that we had to wait 2.5 hours before they would allow the kids to play laser tag. Thankfully other people were frustrated with the arcade and joined in to play laser tag so we only had to wait 1 more hour. I won’t be coming to this place again, I’d rather go elsewhere to spend time with my family instead of dealing with the problems here!

Meh. I’ve experienced better… kinda says it all. Pizza, play gym, and mini golf are all about exactly what you would expect(which isn’t much). My real gripe is with the arcade. Every time we go, at least 1⁄3 of the games have out of order signs, and we usually lose quarters in another one or two that aren’t marked yet. I get real tired of explaining to my son… oh sorry, this machines broken… no can’t play that one. it’s broken. No that ones out of order too. Note to the owner… if your not going to maintain the arcade, close it down so it’s not such a disappointment to the kids. The rest of your place is acceptable.

Super awesome laser tag theme! On Sunday nights they have two for the price of one, so $ 5.50 per person! You get a great work out while having so much fun, and the game lasts for about 30 mins. They also have a nice variety of arcade games like Froggy Jump, Doodle Jump, and Flappy Bird, as well as a few«old school» games. Pizza is pricey, but I would say it’s decent. Wouldn’t come here JUST for the pizza, rather have Abby’s.

My family loves this place. It has something for the whole family. Mini golf, billiards, laser tag, arcade, and even a playground for little children. My 1 year old loves it! Even the pizza is pretty amazing. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because it can get pretty expensive with groups and it needs to be updated a bit; however, I highly recommend it for families.

«Gourmet»??? C’mon now, you know you shouldn’t be expecting good pizza from this place. Its for kids’ birthday parties! Its like going to the movies and expecting tasty and fair priced popcorn and snacks. This place is more of an indoor play gym and birthday palace for kids. The food is where they get ya. And I could(and probably will) copy and paste this review for the following other«Pizza Restaurants»: Papa’s, Pappy’s, Roaring Rapids. Games: I don’t care for the disgusting scene in the game room area. I know kids love ignorantly spending their parents’ quarters for half busted games to get some tickets from to spend on the junkiest junk in the land, but when this place is busy, that is the last place I want to be. Perhaps it could be tolerated when the spot is completely dead. I haven’t tried laser tag but my kid has and he likes it a lot. The put put is cool, so that is a plus. And finally the play gym is pretty cool in comparison to the sweaty disease factories of some other local spots. The variety of activities, relatively central location, and micro brews put Putters at the top of the Kid party/Kid Play date spots in town.

Call before you make the trip to this place. Nothing was posted about a private party that closed the place to the public until 2:30pm. When you drive to a place with kids excited(cause it would of been our first time) to eat pizza and play mini golf to walk up to the door and read an 8×11 poster saying private party open to public at 2:30pm is a big let down.

Indoor midget golf(wait, am I supposed to call that something more PC nowadays?), bowling, laser tag, and pizza all in one place! Heaven for kids, especially in winter. Prices are reasonable. The pizza is parlor style, not exactly ‘gourmet’ like the name says, but comparable to something like Papa’s pizza. The seating is kind of depressing, with long tables like you’re actually at a kid’s table. Fortunately they serve beer including micro brews! Yay! What I like best about this place is that they do the occasional fundraiser, where a certain percentage goes to charity, but I have to say that they are very poorly organized when it comes to those events. Many employees won’t know about it, between several of them they can’t figure out how to record the donation amount and last time I went to one, the amount donated seemed WAY too little considering how much our own portion was(a third of the final amount), and how many other people there were. Should’ve clearly been much higher, and I think that’s all a matter of staff incompetence. For a charity event I’d probably go to Papa’s who do a lot, judging by the flyers I see around but Putters is definitely a top choice for indoor fun for kids in winter.

Hard to rate a place like this because I rarely find myself playing mini golf. That being said, it was a fairly enjoyable game. At Putter’s you can play mini golf, laser tag, or arcade games. We opted for the mini golf seeing as laser tag was $ 11 and mini golf was only $ 5.50(student rate). We played 18 holes which was actually really time consuming. It is a nice indoor place(to avoid the Oregon rain) and the holes are really fun with«sand» holes and waterfalls, it makes it quite exciting for an indoor mini golf experience.

Great place to take the kids, of all ages. Mini golf was fun, its kind of an oxymoron to call it boring, it is a form of golf! But, it’s fun there because kids of all ages can play. Laser Tag is great! Just make sure u have the energy for it, because u move around the entire time. The chest plate u wear does make u sweat like a tweener at their first dance! The Arcade is fun, although the prizes make your 2,000 tickets seem insignificant, unless u love 2inch plastic snakes! Overall, it’s a great family fun spot. There are several large areas for birthday parties and group activities! So, go and be loud, proud and part of the crowd! Also, must mention the staff! Those young girls there were busting their tails, going from food area to arcade, to mini golf! Always with a smile and friendly demeanor.

Oh, Putters… Where else can you go to get a side of Tweener B.O. with your pizza, free of charge? Yep, I said tweener B.O. You know what I am talking about, where the windows are wet with condensation and the air is slightly warm and on the thick side? That would be from all of the 12 year old kids running around the place with sweat pouring from their faces… yeah, that’s Putters… BUT, there is a good reason for sweaty windows and the unlimited, free of charge tweener B.O. So all that aside, let’s talk about Putters and what it has to offer as an eating establishment and family fun center! THEFOOD: I will say the pizza is damn good, it has that thin crust, where the cheese goes all the way to the ends, the bottom is covered in cornmeal and the pepperoni is just about over cooked, but not quite. YUM! Everyone I was with loved the pizza and the most of us thought mozzarella sticks weren’t bad either. You can get beer and wine as well, which is a plus for parents, who frequent this place for birthday parties and the like. I will say though, I feel like the prices are a skosh high for a pizza place; 2 pizzas, an order of mozzarella sticks and 6 sodas cost over 50 dollars. Ouch. THEGAMES: This place has it all. An indoor mini-golf course, looks pretty legit and clean. Not much supervision though, but things seemed to be moving smoothly. There is also laser tag, if you’re into that sort of thing! Seems reasonably priced and the group of 11 year old boys I was with had a freakin’ blast! There is a room off to the side with pool tables, and a whole area of arcade games. The games were all in working order and I noticed the staff was quick on reacting when something would go wrong. There was also a play ground area in the back. I didn’t get to see the area, but it looked like it was more for little kids, which offers a good option for parents with little ones. I did notice there were not many arcade games for small kids. I had my 3 year old niece with me and we found ourselves looking for games to play that would be age appropriate, which was kind of a bummer. We did rack up some tickets tho and went home with a shiny new plastic bracelet and a press on tattoo. SCORE, huh?! :) Lets face it, Oregon lacks any real amusement parks and/or childrens entertainment venues, that other states have. With the massive rain we see, Putters is a good option for an indoor, family fun day or a super fun birthday party!

I took 3 little kids & my husband. It was over priced in my opinion. The course was clean & well maintained. However, in my opinion, it was rather boring & repetitive. It is indoors though, so it works in the rain. Took the kids to the play area. It was sticky, dirty & it smelled like feet. It was just ok.

Whenever I think of going to putters I think of the lazer tag. It is two full stories of lazer tag action and you always feel content with the amount of time you get in there. My biggest complaint is that they need to install an AC in there or something. You get sooooo hot and sweaty it can get nasty. There are plenty of places to hide to defend your base. They also have special abilities you can gain while playing. The«energizer» feature allows players to recharge their teammates energy/life and the«degenerizer» mode allows each player to take the full life So besides having fun lazer tag, the places actually has good pizza. We got the bbq chicken and it was a good mix and match of chicken, tasty bbq sauce, red onion, cheddar cheese. Add a pitcher from Oakshire and your ready to roll. This place is pretty fun overall. A fun place to hang out in Eugene for lazer tag, good pizza, and watching sports.

We’ve been here for a few birthdays. The place is great for children, and that’s pretty much what putters is… a great place for kids to play. The pizza is decent… but really when kids are playing that’s the least of their worries. They have lots of arcades, even the Big Game hunter arcade. You know… that huge game with fake rifles that you shoot elk, deer or bear. That’s dads fun when we go… They have a large area for birthdays which is a plus, and they also offer Laser Tag. The laser tag is pretty fun actually. It’s a 2 storied room with ramps and objects to duck behind. Just prepare to have a 8 year old hand you your ass when you play… No matter how«smart» you think you are… an 8 year old with a laser gun will ALWAYS win. Great for sporting parties, dual birthday parties, or any type of a large gathering with kids all around. If you haven’t took your kids here you should check it out.

This could be the best pizza I’ve ever had. I should clarify… I don’t eat food on a regular basis. We have a rocky relationship. It has had me over 100 pounds heavier and I’ve avoided it to the point of obsession before giving in to it wholeheartedly… just a rocky relationship. I try, with varying success, to avoid the stuff except when a lack of energy or gnawing pain forces me to consume it. I do, however, think about it constantly. Typically, I’ll savor a few bites of something decadent and load up on veggies or sashimi. I have not, prior to Putters, eaten a whole piece of pizza for at least three years. This pizza was so good, I had my normal bite and then, after loading up on a tasty salad, I ate a whole piece. It was like Round Table, only so much better. Seriously awesome pizza. The family entertainment was pricey but kept the kids happy. Their slide is scary but the kids liked it.
