Great food as always. Service was outstanding. They accidentally gave me a different to go order and when I got about a mile away I realized and went back. Not a big deal, accidents happen. The waitress apologized and got my orders going immediately, the bartender gave me a free drink, and the manager gave me a $ 10 gift card. On top of all of that great service they insisted I take the original food and my order.(About $ 50 of great food). I mean really, who am I to turn down free food? While it wasn’t necessary, I do greatly appreciate their incredible effort to satisfy their customers. My hats off to the Eugene PF Chang’s. Great food and excellent service.

After a 2 year hiatus, it was terrific to find one of my favorite restaurants in Eugene, OR. New, super tasty items on the menu. Loved it!

No tip – I think I’ve only done that one other time in my life… and I eat out a lot. Our server blamed his poor service on needing to get happy hour drink orders in for other customers before the cut-off time. No apology came with that excuse, and he was shockingly rude.(One statement was said in a tone that implied he wanted to end it with«Bitch».) Maybe he counted on making up for no tip from my family, with the tips of all of the happy hour customers he took care of instead of us. We wanted dessert, but with a preschooler, a kindergartner, and the sun gone from the patio, we were just too exhausted and cold to wait any longer. As my family slowly trickled out, I was left sitting by myself waiting for the bill. And waiting, and waiting. I finally had to go to the hostess desk to ask for it.

Food and service was great. Really attentive staff. They even upgraded our dessert to a full size for free. It was a nice experience

I was so excited when PFC came to town, but not for long. Yes, it has a decent atmosphere. Yes, the food looks good. However, this is the most bland, tasteless Chinese food I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know how something that looks so good can be lacking so much flavor! Every. Single. Item. I tried several times thinking maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. Nope. After the third flavorless try, I gave up. To top it off the prices are ridiculous! I’d rather eat cheap, low quality Lok Yaun, it’s kind of gross, but at least has flavor!

One star for our server who was great. The food was just bad. We ordered the PF Changs for two and tried two soups the wonton and egg drop, green bean appetizer, sweet and sour chicken, coconut curry vegetables and berry shortcake for dessert. Soup was salty, green beans tasteless and the flavor for the entrees and dessert was not good. O tried my husbands sweet and sour chicken and immediately sweet it out. It tasted almost like the chicken was bad though I think it was just the sauce. We were surprised as the place was packed. Will not return. Will stick to the Thai restaurants in the area when in the mood for Asian cuisine.

I love this place, Chinese is a favorite of a lot of people and going into this place you know you’re not going to have a hard time ordering… They have all of your favorites and they have it fresh and well cooked. The service here was great and they didn’t let too much time pass before they checked on us. The atmosphere is relaxed, dim, classy, you want to just sit and talk so we took a while to order. The waiter came and we just ordered the first couple things on the chicken menu. The sweet and sour chicken and one other chicken I can’t remember and of course we got the chicken lettuce wraps… You can’t go without the wraps. It was all delicious. I don’t eat Chinese often but I’ve been to some terrible places, that’s probably why I don’t… So from now on I’m going here. It’s always good.

Expensive as fuck and the portion is small as hell. Server keeps forgetting to do stuff I ask her and holy shit does the food taste like it’s being taken out of a plastic bag and heated in a microwave. PF chang needs to give my money back because I felt like I got robbed.

We came here one weekday afternoon. It was pretty dead inside and we expected to be seated quickly but we actually sat around for awhile and then eventually my husband had to flag down a staff member. Once we were seated though the service was great. Our waiter was friendly and courteous and got our orders in quickly. I’m on a very low carb diet so the Lobster Jicama street tacos were a great choice. Food is always good here. Tempura string beans are delicious with their spicy sauce. My husband and son shared some sushi and other random things. We also got the Korean style marinated steak which was a special. It was soft and perfectly seasoned. Great meal. Love PF Changs chain.

PF Changs has always been one of my favorites in Phoenix, AZ. I have moved to Oregon and recently dropped in to their Eugene location for a nice dinner on a Friday afternoon. I ordered a dynamite scallop roll and orange peel beef with iced tea. After waiting waay too long, the roll was served. It had a horrible fishy smell and the interior of the roll looked like chopped white fish– not a scallop in sight. I sent it back without a bite. After another waaay too long wait, the orange peel beef was served. The gray, stringy beef was– old-. It looked and tasted like it had been frozen, nuked and tossed in a previously made sauce which was also probably frozen. I ate a few bits and left with no take home box. This location has had bad reviews and I really couldn’t believe that my old favorite was that bad– but– it is. Today was my last visit at the Eugene location.

Never coming here again. The food wasn’t worth the price they charge. Barely any meat in a sea of vegetables. We picked something the menu said was«fiery» and had little to no spice. We had to ask for extra chili sauce. I’m very disappointed in my meal.

I love this place. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but honestly worth it. I absolutely love the lettuce wraps with chicken. They are delicious. I have ordered the beef and broccoli, the orange chicken and my husband likes the almond and cashew chicken. Everything is always fresh and hot. It’s never seemed like it sits under a warning lamp. Drinks are good. My favorite is the gin and tonic with Bombay Sapphire gin. It comes garnished with lime and star anise. The service is great. The servers seem to be a tad fake in sincerity at times, but they know what they are doing and are quite efficient. So I can’t complain. If I order soda, they bring refills without asking, before the glass is completely empty. They do the same with water. They always are busy when we go in. There’s never a shortage of customers, which is a good sign. But it never seems like we have to wait long either. The restaurant is always clean, never dirty. Tables are never sticky or gross. Everything they do here is thorough and I like that. We’ve been here several times and it’s definitely a place we will keep returning to.

I would here every night while in Eugene. I love the menu and they always have something I want to eat. The Lobster Jicama Tacos were new to me, served with crispy fried lobster, slaw and a sprinkling of jalapeño for a little kick. We also ordered the scallop roll which was perfect served with a spicy sauce. The former pastry chef I was dining with swears by the Great Wall of Chocolate Cake and it was a decadent as it gets. I was also surprised that they have a nice selection of beer on draft. I can’t find it listed on the on-line menu but we had a dark beer with a «10» in the name and it was as good as an ale gets. Service if fine and space is always nice. Very reliable for a chain IMHO.

Tastes like frozen meals, microwaved and put on plates with sugar on top. Service was good, but wait staff has an over-the-top, insincere cheer, as sickeningly sweet as the food. There are much better chains out there…

Sean… Great bartender. Our waitress was very good – perky, cute brunette. Have to give a shout out to the waiter«Jayson»(I only know the spelling because I pulled him aside as we left). He was ONPOINT all night, assisting, packing our food and even ran to the front door to hold it for us. Really? Wow! I teach my son the value of service and this young man could teach us all a thing or two. He doesn’t need to aspire to «server», as he will own his own business someday. I’m calling it! Just saying… Kudos to PF Changs— they know how to hire their staff!

PF Changs rarely disappoints. I love the long Seabass it comes in a bed of cooked spinach and sauce that’s just wonderful. I also love that PF Changs offers your choice you can get brown rice instead of white rice which is so much nicer. Their desserts are lovely and small just right out after a big meal. Service is always good although sometimes a restaurant to get a little loud if it’s busy. Always worth making a reservation even if you’re on your way driving over if you get seated much faster

I was a little worried coming here because of some mediocre reviews. My husband and I took the gamble and we really enjoyed our meal here. To eat, my husband had the spicy chicken, I had the sesame chicken, and we shared the vegetable lo mein. The portions are generous, we left full and had leftovers for another meal. The food is flavorful and the temperature was perfect. They give you extra plates to make sharing easier. But, what I enjoyed most here was the service. The wait staff were attentive and nice. We were checked on throughout our meal and we didn’t have to wait for the check when we were done. It was a refreshing experience compared to a lot of other restaurants in the area. Staff boxing up your leftovers at table side is also a nice touch. The menu has a large variety of food including sushi, and the traditional Chinese restaurant dishes. One thing to add: please don’t go here if you want a burger(we overheard a lady asking if they had them on the menu… They don’t).

Meh. It’s a chain restaurant, how much can you expect. The food is ok and the ambience and décor is nice. We ate in the bar area, because for some reason there was a 35 minute wait at 7pm Sunday night. I found this weird because honestly the food really is mediocre. I had the Asian pear mojito. Really, it just tasted like a regular mojito, but it was still good! My husband and I ordered the crispy honey chicken, which tasted good but there was no crispy aspect about it. We also had the Dan Dan noodles. They were only a tiny bit spicy, and a lot a bit only OK. Our bartender/waiter was pretty darn grumpy. He didn’t really make eye contact and when he set down our drinks did so very abruptly without any aknowledgment of us. The prices are a little high for low quality, unauthentic Chinese food. It wasn’t terrible, but I dont think we’ll be back. We prefer local and authentic foods.

I will not come back here. We went here for a friend’s birthday Wednesday night. I had never been before, and was NOT impressed. We were a larger group, and had probably 3 different people waiting on us, which caused confusion for everyone — giving people the wrong dishes, drinks, etc. One of the waiters kept bumping into me and didn’t apologize once. And the food — yuck!!! I ordered the Lo Mein with beef. It was super salty and literally had 6 tiny pieces of meat in it, which were chewy and gross. I was super disappointed after hearing how great this place is.

Okay so normally I don’t like to leave reviews on corporate restaurants because usually when I do they’re always negative. This place already has awful reviews so since I have something good to say it was kind of necessary :) I went to PF Changs last night for my 4th time. My previous 3 visits have been bad. I just didn’t like the food. BUT my boyfriend loves PF Changs and really wanted to go there last night, so we did. When we walked in it was empty and we decided to just sit in their lounge. We both got margaritas which were kind of sweet but good. We ordered two appetizers, the spring rolls and the pork potstickers. The spring rolls I could’ve definitely done without and won’t order them again. I’ve been spoiled with good spring rolls. The potstickers on the other hand were pretty good. For dinner we ordered the chicken fried rice, kung pao chicken, and veggie lo mein. We ended up just sharing everything and I liked all of it! We finished and didn’t even have anything to take home. So I have to say after giving this place a 4th chance, it was good. I wouldn’t recommend 4 chances to everyone who has hated this place before but maybe you just have to go on the right night or order the right thing.
