Oregon Wood Fired Pizza

This pizza is magical! Gary and squad are super friendly, and the pizza is the best of the best.

In town for a few days and wanted to try a few local breweries. Really stumbled on this! OH MY GOODNESS! The pizza was really great. Great sauce. Really tasty crust. All fresh. We had the Hawaiian. Canadian bacon (extra smokey) pineapple and jalapeño. AND the staff were so nice!

So I looked at the photos on Unilocal and their Pizza looked damned good so I made my way out there. I ordered two pizzas. Then I got two tickets for two beers. Long story short, I slammed two beers and then grubbed down on their delicious wood fire pizza. Mission Accomplished. Do yourself a favor and try this place out.

Went to OakShire for the pizza and beer special! Got the veggie pizza! DELISH. A 13″ pizza and pint of beer for only $ 13 on Tuesdays until end of March! Real wood fire oven and fresh toppings!

Great selection of pies! If you like wood fire pizza, you can’t go wrong here. And they’re outside a fantastic brewery in Oakshire. I would recommend this place to anyone!

YUMMMMM!!! The perfect pizza! Also a great pair with a pint from Oakshire Brewery right next door. Amazing food with an amazing atmosphere! Will be going again soon!

This is seriously some of the best wood fire pizza in town. Everything is fresh and you can tell they care about the quality of their food. Their new more permanent trailer outside oakshire is really cool, and they do a cool set up for events and weddings.
If it is available I highly recommend the fig and pig pizza.

Best pizza I’ve had — not just in the area, but period. If you want authentic wood fired pizza there is no place better. I plan to come back weekly! P. S. Try the Sweet Baby James, too good to be true.

Wow! We had them in a mobile setting at a winery and they were amazing! From the Bay Area and this rivals Delfina any day. I can only imagine what they would do at a permanent facility. Yum, yum yum!!!

Though it’s a little challenge keeping up on where this little gem will be each day it’s well worth the toil. You just can’t beat the taste of a true wood-​smoked pizza and enough choices to meet any hunger needs. Now if they could just park in my driveway once a week we would be good. :-)

That was my dear friend MarDee last night, biting into the first slice of OWFP we’d picked up after both having crappy days at work. And you know what? My foul-​mouthed friend was right.
Good, yeasty dough stretched thin and blasted quickly in a wood-​fired oven. Fresh, quality ingredients in inventive combinations you’d not think of but work right away.
We ordered the Oakshire: fresh mozzarella, pistachios that toasted, red onions sliced so thin they caramelized in the scorching heat, fresh rosemary and shavings of pecorino. This thing sings.
It really is the perfect pie to share with friends and a pint.
A Twelve-​inch pizza will run you a reasonable $ 12.
Me: «Where do you guys park?»
Friendly woman behind the counter: «We’re here at Oakshire Thursday and Friday nights, Ninkasi on Tuesdays and Sweet Cheeks, too.»
Me: «Do you have to be drunk to eat this pizza?»
