I called for an estimate, was told results in 5 days. Dropped off meds, was told results in 7 days. Called on the seventh day, was told it would be another 4 days before I got my results. After further discussion I was told they could maybe move it up, and get them in as little as 2 days. These are obviously not tested in the order they are dropped off and paid for. I will not be doing future business here. I called again, and found out this company does move samples up in ‘que’ to appease the people that call everyday. I did find out that they can only test 24 samples a day, and takes 38 hours for testing. So the friend I went in with, was pushed ahead not just by one day’s test. but two days at least. Or I was pushed back at least two days. This company has no concept of chronological order resulting in nothing but, shitty customer service. What a joke. Cheaper doesn’t mean better. It just means sloppier and leaves more room for error.
