I only made an appointment here because they were open on Sunday. The front desk was super nice and helpful. Dr. Cuevas was so insanely rude, it was almost unbelievable. I typically have my family watch my daughter while I have appointments but this was last minute, my eyes were really bothering me and none of my family was available… so I took my daughter. She just turned 3 a few days ago and Dr. Cuevas was so intolerant. I’m not the type to let my child run amok, ever, but having to place my eyes elsewhere to be tested made it a lot harder than I had imagined. Because of how he spoke to my daughter, I asked Dr. Cuevas if he had kids. He said he did and then changed his tone slightly. Overall, it was a miserable experience. I left without glasses. I got my prescription and will purchase my lenses elsewhere. The only reason I made an appointment here was because I wanted glasses same day(Sunday). Appointment was so bad that I left without even looking at frames. Waste of money. I wish I could go back in time and never have had to experience that appointment.

I ordered contacts and said it be 2 – 3 weeks. I called 3 ½ weeks later and said they were in. I asked when they came they said april 1st it was april 23rd. Then proceeded to tell me sorry I asked if they even called they said yeah but your voicemail was full. The funny thing is my voicemail was not full I am a student have my phone all the time. So they lied to me and when I went to pick up my contacts they acted like everything was fine. I understand making a mistake, BUTDON’T LIETOMETHINKING I AM A DUMBPIECEOFSHIT. showed me how much they appreciate their customer. They didn’t have to lie to me

Very bad service. Every appointment of mine does not show in their system. And the prescription glasses hurt my eyes more. never going back to this place again and I don’t recommend this to anyone.

I have been to LensCrafters before and I like the glasses I purchased last year. I made an appt for a contacts exam and got in within 2 days. Although I was able to purchase the contacts that I liked I was disappointed with the service. I was impressed with their new camera that takes a picture of your eye and shows a 3D image. The receptionists did not seem to know how to use the computers and I spent at least 20 minutes at the front counter trying to get checked out and pay. I had to pay 3 separate times. One for the eye exam; which I didn’t realize they charged me for a eyeglass and contact exam, meaning more money, even though I specified contacts only. Another transaction for the contacts and another transaction for some lens cleaner. The optometrist didn’t even introduce himself to me and he seemed to brush over my concerns. It was a long exam and at times very awkward. As I was waiting to pay I noticed how unorganized and unknowledgable the staff seemed when 2 more patients checked in. There was a woman, who I assume worked at the store section, walking around in a short skirt and chewing gum like a cow. Very unflattering and offensive. I enjoy the selection that the store has but I am extremely disappointed with the service.

After searching at 3 other places for frames, I was surprised to find my perfect pair at LensCrafters. Rachel was incredibly helpful, showing me frames and helping me pick them out. She was very knowledgeable about the different lens options they offer. I was hesitant about the HD lenses, but not only did she sell the benefit well, but the 30% off special brought the price down to my budget. This place has better selection and is much friendlier than Rainbow Optics. I was very impressed. Thanks, Rachel!

Well needless to say I NEVER come back here! I have gotten my contacts before here and they were fine so I decided to switch my glasses here to. Well I’m sorry that I did! I got my glasses and since I wear contacts I didn’t try them out until the night. Well I found out they were the wrong prescription! I went in the next day and told them the prescription was wrong and could they fix it for little to no cost.(ITWAS their falt), and they said«no you would have to buy another pair». Needless to say I walked out and have never been back! And since I need special glasses(featherlight to make them actually wearable!, tinted lenses, among other things) they had me pay $ 600! When I went to Rainbow Optics it was around 400 – 450LOTSLESS!

Sorry — I am not impressed. After three weeks, I finally got my new lenses in my existing frames. I understand that the lenses had to be ordered — that is fine! I expected that! But before I knew the lenses had to be ordered, I called ahead to see if they were in stock, and I was told they were in stock. I read my prescription to the sales guy over the phone and he even looked me up in the system. Imagine my surprise when I went all the way to the mall to get my glasses done only to be told that the lenses were NOT in stock. Oh well… When they finally arrived(late, by the way), I was told to come on down any time and it would take about half an hour to put the lenses into my frames. Guess what?! After being ignored for nearly 20 minutes(again), the young salesdude took my glasses into the lab and then said okay — it should be about 30 minutes but it might be two hours. I asked him which it was — 30 minutes or two hours — «I think it will be more like 2 hours». He said his manager was the only one who could put the lenses in my frame. And then started to walk away. I had to fight to keep his attention — it was obvious he wasn’t interested in my questions — and I asked to talk to his manager. He told me couldn’t barge in on her and tried to walk away again. I asked for my glasses back as I can’t give them up for«maybe two hours or even more». The dude acted like it was an imposition to go get my glasses back out of the lab when he could be making money. I was angry when I left, and called the store a short time later. I was told a machine was down, which is why the lenses couldn’t be put in my frames. Regardless — in this store, when you walk in, no one will acknowledge your presence if they are with a customer. At the very least, look up and smile, and say«Someone will be with you shortly». No one answers the phone, either. I witnessed several customers just standing and waiting for some acknowledgement while the phone rang and rang. This is not good business. I was a Lenscrafters customer years ago, and now I know why I decided not to go back any more.

I am rating this a 3 star only for the selection of glasses. I don’t desire two sets of glasses, one sun and one regular. I prefer a magnetic sun glass that is made as part of a set for my regular glasses. LensCrafters does not offer this. I do give the staff a 5 star, each one I have worked with are professional and courteous. Unless the selection includes the style I want, I will not be back. Hopefully the buyer will add this option.

Casey is wonderful. She did a great job getting glass in a hurry for me this week.

I had an expensive pair of Ray Ban sunglasses smashed inside a suitcase. Took them in to LensCrafters to see if they could repair them. They took a look at them and asked me to give them a couple of minutes. I thought they were going to tell me they had to either send them out or that they were not repairable. Instead, he worked on them, straightened them out and got the lens back in. They were better than before, particularly since I have had these sunglasses for well over 5 years. He then asked me if I would like them cleaned! After I got them back I asked what the charge was and was surprised when he told me, «no charge.» Excellent and friendly service, professional environment and I will certainly use them again when I replace my glasses.
