For 20 years I have been visiting chiropractors with different styles & philosophies. Recently I have been veering away from forceful adjustments to be kind and respectful of my body’s natural healing process.
I have to say I am really impressed with Jeff Foster’s ability. He begins with some great massage to relax the muscles & palpations to find the exact position of the strain/​stress. His adjustments are precise and gentle.
I had been struggling with a lower back issue that just wouldn’t resolve and he gave me a great adjustment plus some really well targeted advice that has enabled me to maintain my back pain free.
He is in a private office now at 474 Willamette st #307
(the Lane bldg.) close to the downtown post office. There is free parking at the side of the bldg.
