IDX Broker is hands down one of the best IDX solutions on the market. Their new platinum is so feature rich and easy to use for beginners, but also has advanced solutions, SEO, and other advanced features for those who want more. Highly recommended!

Fellow agents beware IDX broker has no integrity. This company in horrible, their billing practice are a complete violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and should be liable for my companies loss and humiliation. We pay for a service that has NOCONTRACT so if the credit card that we have on files expires for the auto billing all they need to do is NOT provide the service, that is all. What they do instead is shocking they put a NOTICE in RED on our company website that practically calls us deadbeats. We have not been able to remove this, they don’t host our website only the IDX info they provide which is real estate listings so if they don’t provide service anymore it should be sufficient that the pages are blank NOT with that message. WEDONTOWETHISCROOKS A CENT. below is the message they post on our site. This account is currently disabled and past due. What do you think your prospective clients think when they see the message? I have filed a complaint with the BBB which they have not even bother to respond and I also filed a complaint with the FTC today.

I have used IDXBroker for 4 years and they are in the top 3 providers of idx services depending on your MLS and location. I have been doing real estate websites longer than most have been in business. Disregard the two previous reviews because googling seo subdomain will show you even google uses that approach. We have had great results with using their idx. With their idx xml sitemap, meta editing pages, etc. the seo benefits are plenty. Their dashboard, custom page system, listing syndication, drip system, etc. are just a few things that make it stand out. If you have basic level programming knowledge you can customize the pages and interfaces. Companies like wolfnet and others won’t let you. The BIG difference is they have a support staff larger than diverse solutions AND they have a developer list of approved developers to assist as low as $ 50. No one else gives you a list of developers to go to. Next is they have a private facebook group that has clients, developer, AND staff all in on the conversation so if you need help you get it for free. Google IDXBroker programmers and you get people that made hundreds of videos on how to do this or that. Sure IDXBroker may not be perfect but they offer more and more consistently. Their tech support is available, takes the time with you and follows up when they can’t solve your issue right then. I have gone through every provider out there and from the things listed above you can’t go wrong with them. Point me to someone who you think is better and I will send you a YouTube video review.

I am a Real Estate Agent in Albuquerque, NM and have been using IDX Broker for a long time(I think since 2008). Our site continuously ranks high in the SERP’s and I give much of that credit to IDX Broker. Not to say it’s a «Out of the Box» 100% top ranking solution for good SEO(anyone with just a little SEO knowledge knows better than that). It will take some customization to get the full potential, but it’s relatively easy to do. Now… you can just install and forget it(it will work fine) but you won’t get the most out of it. Custom Page titles and descriptions, custom pages, and custom property description fields are all possible. We use Word Press and the plugin is great. Tons of custom widgets and display options. You will find a learning curve, but mostly learning what you can do, navigating the back end, and using the widgets. Once you get these… piece of cake. You have lots of IDX choices(seems like a new one every week) but I feel IDX Broker is the leader and will continue to be for a long time.
