Gansen construction… bad attitudes by the workers, NO oversight by the Contractor, Mike Gansen and a lot of incompetent and sloppy work.
Floors that are close to 1″ higher than other areas, Basement/​garage slabs that drain the wrong way, Roof that drains improperly, Plumbers (Oregon Custom Plumbing) decided my toilets did not need to be bolted down. Painters that lie about how many coats of paint and Overcharge, driveway not designed by Contractor properly and a whole lot more.
DO NOT USE GANSEN CONSTRUCTION unless you do not care., THEY certainly do not Care about what kind of house you will get, just the money.
