Emerald Vapors

I have been going to EV for 2 ½ years. When I first went there it didn’t seem super corporate or snobby but over the years and especially 2 days ago, they showed me what kind of store they really are after they have been established in town.
I had a vape kit that I had bought there that I didn’t have a receipt for but their logo was on it as well as the case it came in. All I wanted was the same thing, but one that worked. They stated that that style had been discontinued because it was poor quality. Bottom line; the girl working there offered me a free battery of the same size (that she grabbed from the backroom… where they had been taken off the sales floor… because they were discontinued!
Seriously? Then she starts asking about my receipt, and stating their policies (which they never give you, unless you ask) As I starting getting upset, there were two girls sitting on the couch behind me laughing at me and telling me to hurry up.
It was a horrible experience, worse than any other times that I had been there, and there have been too many.
I hate how the people that work there think that they belong in a clique, and that they are god like. Freedom of Choice: Go to the place off Blair.

If you’re OK with a ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ blend, then their pre-​steeped stock juice has always been OK in my experience. Black honey and cloud city are good.
If you want a higher VG juice, you’re pretty much screwed. Every person I’ve asked about the maximum VG percentage they can make gives a different answer. An ⁸⁰⁄₂₀ mix will be inconsistent for the same flavor from bottle to bottle. The last time I was in there, I got two bottles. One tasted like vomit, and they forgot to put flavoring in the other. When I say it tasted like vomit, I mean it tasted like when you throw up after a night of drinking, but you’re too lazy to brush your teeth, so you just go back to bed and in the morning you have a horrible dried vomit taste in your mouth. It was like a sweet tobacco morning breath vomit flavor. Vomit vape.
Some of the employees also act like you’re a burden more than a customer. There are a few people who are always friendly and make good liquid, but you remember the bad more than the good.
TL;DR version: The stock juice is OK, but if you want a different VG/​PG blend, I’ve always gotten inconsistent or downright disgusting juice. Some of the employees are great, but the bad ones make me never want to shop there again.

I went into the store to buy my favorite flavor of juice. I had a nice greeting from the counter person. Shortly after I got home I dripped onto my newly wrapped set up. I noticed the taste wasn’t quite right, so I called to let them know. I was told that even if it doesn’t taste right, there’s really nothing they could do. I was told that my bottle was mixed with the right amount of flavor. I was also told that they would not replace my bottle. What the heck kind of service is that! Needless to say I don’t have to settle for that nonsense because let’s face it, there’s way too many other vape shops in town.

The 13^th/​Lawrence store is much better than the olive store. The tasters worked, the guys are friendly and helpful, the store is much less intimidating and larger. Highly recommend Snozberry. I’ll be purchasing razzleberry and purple stuff next time.

I vaped for about a year before I moved to Eugene, upgrading with whatever new stuff my local smoke shop got in. Needless to say, the selection there was very limited compared to what’s out there. From my first stop in, I was blown away. I got a Nautilus tank for my iTaste MVP and loved every drag I got from it.
About a month later I decided I wanted to dip my toe into the world of mechanical mods. There is quite the learning curve, but the employees there have been incredibly patient with me; helping me pick out the best atomizers and mods for my budget, wrapping my coils for me, all the while teaching me all the tricks for successfully wrapping my own coils. Now I’m producing clouds and quitting smoking. I love everything about this shop from it’s flavors to it’s staff and work bench, it’s a hard one to beat

These folks were very helpful. They did not have the piece I needed but they were able to figure out something that worked.

Who ever says the best vape store in town is lying lol it’s actually funny this is probably close to the worst vape store around and that the real truth there are 2 workers that are actually helpful and respectful there juice may have gotten better but it’s still made with the lowest cheapest quality ingredients and not 1 authentic mod in the whole store how you can say they are the best or even close to the best is comical

I went here not only because of their sweet deal but because a friend of mine introduced me to one of their juices that was very good so I thought I’d check it out. The person that helped me was very helpful and I will definitely be returning and if not I’ll just order online.

Service and selection isn’t the best. Mostly clone mods, tanks, and rba’s. Would be nice to have some authentic gear. Also didn’t notice any other juice brands besides house.

Tried to call and ask how they make their fluid, and got put on hold. That’s a first with a vape shop for me. Tried out a buddy’s flavor and I couldn’t tell what it was supposed to be other than a non steeped jambalaya.

Besides the product itself being frustrating often and not lasting long the people at emerald vapors take care of you.

Decent juice, pretty standard though, very basic, cheap liquid. Also almost all of their devices are cheap knock-​offs which is good if they actually work, but I’ve had so many tanks and batteries break its almost laughable. Overall id say they are much more interested in money than actually providing a good service

Walked in feeling intimidated, since the only experience I’ve had with e-​cigs were BluCigs (which were horrid), and I had little understanding of how «real» e-​cigs should work. The lady who helped me was very kind and suggested the least expensive starter kit, which I appreciated. She asked me questions regarding preferred flavors and nicotine strength and made several recommendations, and painlessly got me out the door. The only thing that disappointed me was the lack of color options, to which she said she didn’t know when/​if they’d be getting colors other than black/​green/​pink in. Otherwise, I’m impressed, the product works well, and I’ll definitely be coming back again!

The best smoke shop around, great knowledge on everything, priced amazing, great people.

I see Emerald Vapors e-​cigarettes all the way in southern Cali-​it was so cool to see their flagship store. Nice selection of variable voltage/​wattage, great e-​juice (HUGE selection), and an awesome staff that helped me pick out a dripping atomizer. This shop is definitely on par w/​the shops in the O.C.

Went in multiple times to pick up an item and they never had it. They’re always out of stock of certain things, and they aren’t very helpful of explaining things. What kind of business doesn’t keep their things stocked up?!

I stopped in to this nice little shop to check out the kits & what a nice surprise! The shop is located on the corner of 13^th & Lawrence. Parking is great. I walked in to find friendly people willing to answer all of my questions, even offering free advice. Colin, the owner, was helpful & friendly. His store is just awesome!
I walked out with a starter kit that has 2… puffer things, lol! So that’s 2 batteries & 2 refillable cartridges that I upgraded to EVODS. I added a 5 pack of coil things (they need replacement anyway, on a regular basis). I picked out a «juice» with added nicotine — with an interesting name… anyway the «juice» was a big hit with the receiver of this gift — great flavor for a first timer.
For myself, I’m interested in vaping non-​nicotine liquids along an herbal line, not marijuana, & I’ll go back to get a kit for myself, soon. I love this shop!
