Sorry to say, I couldn’t even get through a phone call to schedule an appointment. I called on a Monday at 3pm. The owner, Amanda, answered the phone. After repeating myself a few times for basic questions, I could hear her asking someone else questions in the background. After giving me an estimate, she then said ‘oh wait’…and I could hear her discussing again. Then she gave me 2 more quotes, and then said ‘oh wait, that’s wrong” and then literally said Sorry, I am off, I just woke up, still trying to think”. Well I am sorry, that is not the type of professional I want to work with.
