I lived here. The management is HELL to deal with. They have a scam going. If you are trying to sell your home, they harass and run off all your buyers so you run out of money for space rent while living in your new home, then theytry to take the house away from you and resell it to Mexicans who should not be in this country at 23% interest, because they know they’ll never miss a payment and risk losing their home and being deported. A 100% PROFIT ANDIT’S A SCAM! ANY PARK OWNED BY THIS SAME MANAGEMENT COMPANY: BRIAN FETERRER OF CALIFORNIA will do this to you. DO NOT BUY A HOME HERE OR IN ANY PLACE HE OWNS!!!

Lets see where do I begin…
One if you are going to be new in the park lets make sure that you only have 2 pets and have management approval for all that is going to live with you… the roads leave something to be desired.
Management is very hard to have a conversation with… and don’t listen well to problems. Plus if your lawn goes un-​mowed it will result in a mow or die letter for any length of time that is. if you do get evicted from the park you really don’t have the option to move your home and it becomes property of Churchill Meadows. Not a friendly environment.
plus the rent is very high for even the cock roaches that moved in under the bed.
