My experience is through my daughter and our visit to her house in Oregon. The a/c went out before we got there and they had had them out to service the unit multiple times before. The day we arrived the tech had been out and was rude and unkind to my 37+week pregnant daughter! They are on their 8^th appt with them and still not fixed! They rent so they have to go through the rental company instead of calling a GOOD company! Horrible service, horrible rude techs. Nothing gets fixed. Highly recommend going anywhere but to them!!!
