I just wanted to say thank you for helping my husband the other day. After dealing with the Apple Store for 4 months to get his phone fixed he was able to go into your store yesterday and use his insurance and get a new phone mailed to our house. We have never had any issues with ur phone service or customer service. You guys have always been really helpful and we will be a faithful customer for as long as you guys are open

Horrible service, very rude. Lied about what we qualified for as far as plans. Told us we couldn’t have two people on an account. Employees changed their stories. TJ an employee there, was rude and disrespectful. Went to Verizon and was treated with respect. Left with two iPhone 6’s and didn’t pay anything. Never will I ever go with AT&T

They are so nice at this store! Everyone is very professional, (its night and day compared to Verizon). They were very thoughtful of our needs, and did not pressure us into getting something we did not need. The store is very clean, and updated. Every aspect of the coustomer expericnce is superiour over other cell companies *cough cough* Verizon.
