I bought two detailing services on Groupons. Apparently you get what you pay for! I was very disappointed. I called after 4 hours and my husbands car hadn’t been touched! I dropped off the car at 1100, it wasn’t ready until 5:00. It was sorta clean, bugs were still on the hood, grill and lights. They were suppose to wash and wax the car. I guess they waxed the bugs as well. Very disappointing. I was suppose to take my car in to have it done. I will eat the money I paid for the «detailing». I can wash and wax my car myself!

So, I went here yesterday for my 2pm appointment. Luckily, there is a paninis within a 5 minute walk of this place. I went and hung out at paninis until 4, only to come back and see they hadn’t even started on my car. I was really annoyed but the owner was apologetic and ensured that they would do my car quick without skimping on the quality. Well, my car looks and smells great. I took off one star for the delay but workmanship is 5 star.

Kendall and his team deliver excellent customer service and know how to make a used car look new again. This is my third time having my car detailed by them and I will continue to return. I’m a nanny and my car gets really dirty and they are able to get out stains and dirt that I haven’t been able to remove. Kendall also was very kind in squeezing me in last minute. I recommend trying this place out! They are fair, courteous, professional and deliver a great service.

I was introduced to this detail shop when I purchased one of their Groupons. I’ve been back at least a half dozen times. Kendall and his crew do an excellent job. Attention to detail is unrivaled and customer service is very good. I highly recommend this place.
